CHAPTER 18: CALL OF THE WILD

A/N : I change Boboiboy POV to Minako POV.

Minako POV

River and I were just chatting in the cafeteria, until someone came and start to fight me. "-and to think you're a boy." Does she not know went to stop chattering? I thought. As she went on like nothing, I gave out a heavy sigh, and she is pissed. "Did you just sigh at me!?" she scoffed.

I rolled my eyes and replied back. "Yeah, so what?" I scoffed. The girl gasped and growled at me. "How dare you! Fine then, if you got what it takes to earn our trust, then show me what you got...... Miyano Boboiboy Minako!"

"You are on, sister!" I shot up from seat and everyone was surrounding us. Each of them transformed into an animal but still in human form, some had wings of an angel, some had devil wings and horn, some don't, some are mix. I could see River turn into a white wolf angel, and gosh dang! He was hot and handsome in that. My cheeks turn red after that.

"Let the test of trust begin!" the demon exclaimed while snapping his finger to reveal a bag of popcorn in the air. "This is so gonna be good~~" he grin. "OH SHUT UP BILL!" everyone shouted at him. He cover his ear as he turn upside down.

Each flashes pass through me, and I open my eyes, seeing myself with big fluffy ears, white long tail and of course...... angel wings. God, I really miss these....... I thought. The girl insulted me just suddenly clapping and laughs at me. "I can't believe my idea worked!" she scoffed.

"What do you mean?" I asked curiously.

Her laughter died and smoke began to appear and surrounds her, revealing a black and white kimono with a white silky hair woman. "You are gullible as ever my dear, man I haven't tried to trick anyone for ages!" she moan while stretching her body.

Everyone in the cafeteria soon kneel down before her, it's as if she was someone I wasn't supposed to mess with. The lady groan like she dislike the bowing. "Oh come on, I thought we are over the kneeling and bowing thing." She groan as she quote her fingers.

I was surprised how she acts so childishly, I mean aren't the queen supposed to act like... you know... royalty? "My child, I don't what you learn in history but each queen has different personality." She grin. I was shocked, how did she knew what I was thinking? Is it telepathy or what?

"Damn straight it is darling!" she perked up with her childish confident of hers. I laugh how she act, it was quite funny to be honest. The lady fake her cough and introduce herself. "My name is Asuna Gina, nice to meet you or should I say...... long time no see, Minako-chan~" she winked at me as she extends her hand to shake hands. I casually shake her hand with no idea look.

"Has anyone seen Asuna!?" a male voice shouted panicking while calling out her name. It was the king, as soon as he spotted he panickly rest his arms on her shoulder as she smiles. "Babe, please don't scare me like that. You almost had me a heart attack back then when you left your room." The lady pats his head softly and walked away with a smile.

"River who is she?" I asked, pointing at the lady who left with the king. River just face palm himself and mumble. "Of course...... she was still a baby back then..." I looked at him perplexed and he explain for me. "That lady is my aunt, and the queen of this planet."

My head suddenly spun around with billions of questions about it until my face was red and steam came off from my head. River laughed at me, surprisingly how much it took to process the whole thing, so I laugh as well. "You know, you're cute when you laugh." He smiled.

I blush and pout. "Oh, shut up and kiss me, you big bad wolf" I flirt and he grab my waist and pressed his lips against mine. It was soft, it was sweet, it was warm. We were so busy kissing that we didn't notice that everyone was watching us in awe.

I felt embarrassed as I covered my face. "Alright, everyone. It is time for the semi-final round. Please gather to the great hall." The little girl spoke through the speaker. Everyone slowly walked out from cafeteria, leaving my friends in shocked.

"Umm... hey guys... what's up?" I fidget my fingers while waiting for my friends to replied. Fang's face are red, Ying's jaws are dropped, Gopal was crazy as ever, and Yaya just stood still with 'what the hell' look. The silent went on as we walked out from the cafeteria.

Ying was the first one to break the silence. "Boboiboy, how did you do that? It was incredible, I'd never seen it before." She asked like she was mesmerizing by the whole call of the wild stuff. It was still embarrassing. "I-I really don't know. I just felt like I knew that song." I wondered.

"Actually, you knew. It just you were too young to remember and heck I even remember that time when Fang gobble down a carrot with just two teeth." He laugh as recalled the past. All of were looking at him like he knew Fang's childhood. I look at Fang and his face was as red as a tomato from the embarrassment.

"Fang, you look like you could some ice right now." I teased. (I know I'm bad at teasing. –w-) His face soon turn redder than before and hid his face. All of us laugh as we walk through the halls, reaching the great hall and we're just in time to hear the semi-final round.

"... semi-final event is singing duet!" announced the king. I don't why but I felt excitement flow through my veins. But hey... just because I got my memories back, doesn't mean I will instantly get used to it. So a new challenge begin River and I again. I turn to River, and he turn to me. Both of us stare at each other and smile, ready to take on the challenge with confidence. Look out, cause we are going to show them what we got.
