CHAPTER 3: THE AUDITION

Kaizo POV

Her voice was not the same 15 years ago, her voice was more sweet and beautiful than that but...... this time her voice was filled with fear. Not just fear, there was also ...... worried. My mind was filled with questions. How is Leona alive? I wonder what's happening in Planet Music? There's one person can answer all my questions, and that person is Leona...

"Leona, please tell me you're real?" I asked without hesitation. But Leona flinched from my question and replied. "Why wouldn't I, Kaizo-kun..." her words were still cold. " B-but I saw you died in arms!" my tears broke down. "Ever since you and your family left, things change!!" her cried broke down, she was worse than me. Something tells me that something is wrong with her family and I intend to find out.

Boboiboy POV

Everyone in the view was shocked, Captain Kaizo knew the new cadet?! My mind was filled with question, but judging the situation their in... I had to wait. Even Fang was speechless, it's as if he didn't knew his brother's problem. But as I see Leona's face, I can tell she was filled with something... as if she had a dark aura caging her from her freedom.

Commander Ciciko asked Leona which song she wanted to sing. The moment she told the song's name, Captain Kaizo's face were red. He was furious, he was angry, he even shouted with fury. I began to wonder what relationship did Captain Kaizo had with Leona......

Leona POV

I knew it...... I knew he would say that, and yet I still chose that song. That song, nearly killed me, had me loss 5 pounds of my blood, and yes... my family told me to wait till I'm ready. Of course I was just 4 years old back then and Kaizo...... he didn't know the song has the level of difficulty from C rank to super Z rank. And guess what? That song was an A rank. According to my cousin Train, I can only sing from C to B rank at that age...

I was young and curious back then, but now I'm 18, I can at least withstand most of the songs. For now, I have one mission, find Miyano and bring her back to Music Planet and win the music battle universe. I just need to past this test, but I never expect that Kaizo would be here... cousin Alice must've kept it from me again, huh? Mah, it can't be help as I sigh in my tought.

Kaizo POV

Tch, why? Why? Why does it have to be that song? Why, why, why, WHY???!!! "ARE YOU CRAZY, LEONA??!!!! THAT SONG ALMOST TOOK YOUR LIFE!!" I snapped. Leona face was pale from my shout, "L-Leona, I—" I want to apologise. I do, but...

"Let just start, okay? Kaizo-kun." With that light smile on her face, I broke down with a stab feeling in front of me.

I want to scream...

I want to shout...

I want to call out her name...

But...I can't. Something is pulling me back from her, but what? 'It's your fear...' . I snapped to reality, whose voice was it?

'Trust... Her....'

 There it is again, does it mean I have to put my faith on Leona? Leona... I looked at her face, her mysterious smile showed up again... "Very well, then let us begin." Ciciko said.

Boboiboy POV

The moment the song starts, I was surprised with Kaizo's voice, he's voice was amazing. It's better than Fang's. Since when Kaizo could sing like that? But where is the voice coming from? I looked down and saw Leona and Kaizo transformed into a winter-nature form. I was amazed with their transformation. Until...

Leona collapsed after the song ended, and Kaizo was the first person to catch her with a fear on his face. "Oi, Leona, oi! Shikashitero, Leona-chan, oi Leona! Chikushō!" He took out a small jar that contains gummies melody shaped. As he put the candy into his mouth, he made a mouth to mouth with Leona.

Kaizo carried her in a bridal style and said, " Sir, I'm taking her to the ward room,"

" Go ahead, Kaizo." Laksamana spoke with concern voice. I could even see Fang's jealousy of his brother's voice. Of course, he didn't know about it. Though, Gopal is still stunned from Leona's performance." AAGH!! Who knew that new cadet could sing and dance that good." I sweat dropped. I sneakily exit to the ward to ask Leona.

As I open the door, Kaizo was sleeping on the chair next to Leona, whose staring at him with a relieved look on her face. " Ummm... did I come in a bad time?" as I walked in. "Oh no, not at all." As our eyes meet, her smile felt so familiar... but where?

Minako, my sword is not for fun.

Ehhh~ but why?

You'll understand when you're older. Pats her head.

Okay...

That's it! She was in my dream. "You're probably wondering how Kaizo and I knew each other." H-how did she know? " H-how-"

"I have my ways, though Kaizo and I go way back, but I can tell you another time. And I assume you have another question for me?" she raised her eye brow. Boy was I nervous. "Leona, do you happen to know a girl named Minako?" that name struck her mind and the room was silent. " Where did you heard it?"

"In my dream."

" When did it started?"

"About two months. My grandfather gave me a white necklace on my birthday."

"I'll tell you tomorrow, okay?"

"All right?" I left with thousands of question.

Leona POV

As he left, my mind was set. That boy is Minako, as I took my phone out, Kaizo stopped me. "I can't let you do that, only if you answer my questions."

"Kaizo-kun..."

"So, are you going to tell me what's going on or what?" with that stern face of his, how could I not say no to him.

"Neh, Kaizo-kun do you still remember Minako-san?" I asked. "Yeah? Why are you ask- ahh! Don't tell me...."

"Yes, I think Minako is him."

"Then, does that mean we have to..." he flustered.

"Sono tori, Kaizo."

We stared for five second until Kaizo stood up, "I get it. I'll inform him okay?" as he reach for the door knob, he turn his head and said, "It's good to see you again, Leona-san." That warm smile made me feel... warm. "It's good to see you too, Kai-zo-kun~" I smiled.

His face was red. "Shut up. Also, you still have to answer my question once we finish the mess 15 years ago." He hasn't change at all. The moment he left, I took out my phone and call my dad. "Dad, I found her."

Fang POV

As I took a peek after Boboiboy left, I saw my brother blush for the first time. And what were they talking about? Finishing the mess 15 years ago? Did something happen 15 years ago?My mind got suspicious on Leona, as she took out her phone and said, "Otou-san, I found her."

As I told Yaya and Ying about it, they agreed with my conclusion. On the next day, as we went for the meeting, we saw my brother and the new cadet, standing beside Lasksamana.

"Today, your mission will be collecting Musicbot by entering THE MUSIC BATTLE UNIVERSE!" I was quite confident with my talent until...

"Your coach will be Kaizo and Leona, since they once entered the competition." I was disappointed. " Okay, according the rules, you must audition and get at least 2.5 million viewers life in solo." Great, just great.
