Lost - Scorch Trials (♡Newt) 《Slow Updates》

So, I do understand that you may have forgotten what exactly has happened in those 85 chapters of A Way Back. So here I have a short(ish) recap of the main plot points:

Callidora Noble lives in our world with her mother, older sister Lily, twin Brother Ezra and younger brother Darren. She has a boyfriend named Felix.

While working she finds a bracelet in her Boss's back room and (accidentally) steals it. Still wearing her clothes, her leg bag and bracelet she starts reading The Maze Runner in bed and falls asleep. 
When she wakes up she's in the Glade. She thinks she's dreaming but quickly finds out she's not.
With the knowledge she has after seeing the first two movies (but not remembering much since she wasn't really a fan) she tries to figure out how she got there and how to get back. But she mostly just tries to find her place within the Glade.

The first friend she makes is the dog Bark. Quickly followed by Newt and Minho. After some time, Cally and Gally become friends as well. She and Chuck become like siblings, just like she and Minho.

Cally becomes a Runner, (Newt almost kisses her, but got interrupted by Bark the dog. The two don't talk about it for a long time) but after she gets stung Newt makes sure she's assigned a new job. She becomes a Med-Jack

During the Changing Cally sees memories she can remember from her childhood and memories she'd never seen before that don't make sense to her.

Shortly after she woke up, she got controlled by Wicked to run into the Maze and jump off the Cliff (Into the Flat Trans, but they didn't know it was there at the time). But she tries to resist, resulting into Cally freaking out. Newt stops her from jumping or doing herself more harm.

Shit goes down between Cally and Newt, and since Newt already was pretty unstable and depressed he ended up attempting suicide by jumping off a wall. He survives, but ends up with a limp on his left foot and has to stop being a Runner. Newt becomes a Track-Hoe.

Newt and Cally talk and make up, but do NOT get together.

Not long after, a new Greenie shows up. Which was Cally's twin brother Ezra. Ezra also remembers everything from their old lives, but Cally manages to convince him to keep it to himself before he can say anything to the other Gladers. 
Realizing this couldn't be a coincidence, Cally and Ezra tell Minho and Alby that they remember and are not from their universe. They don't believe everything, but give then the benefit of the doubt. Ezra becomes a Builder.

Cally noticed she and Ezra both wore the same bracelet the day before they woke up inside the Glade. 
Not able to ignore it, she manages to take it off. They discover there are needles inside of the bracelet that kept injecting Cally with liquids she'd never seen before.
Soon after she removed the bracelet, she started to have waves of random memories which could make her pass out.

This is when WICKED decides they have to do something about Cally. So when the Box comes up again with Thomas, they make sure Cally falls in and the Box goes down with her inside of it.

A day later she gets send back up with a slightly bigger bracelet. Cally wasn't the only girl in the Box, Teresa was there as well. Only she was in a coma.

One day, Minho comes back into the Glade saying he found the first ever dead Griever. He and Alby go in to examine it. But it turns out to be alive and it stings Alby. Minho drags him back to the Glade, but ends up trapped inside. Together with Thomas who had rushed in to help.

Everyone in the Glade freaks out, especially Newt and Cally. They end up finding comfort with each other and grow even closer. At this point Newt had already realized that he was in love with Cally, but Cally didn't want to admit she does as well, so she denies it to herself.

Thomas, Minho and Alby make it through the night. Alby ends up going through the Changing, which goes really bad and forces Newt to basically lead the Glade instead. Alby barely is able to keep it together and doesn't trust Cally anymore.

Teresa wakes up and the sun disappears. Cally and Teresa become friends pretty fast, but not as quick as Teresa and Thomas. 
After the sun disappeared the walls don't close anymore. Every night a Griever comes and takes one Glader with it. Gally freaks out and gets taken by a Griever. Newt freaks out and tells Cally he's in love with her. Cally doesn't know how to react, she does have a lot of romantic feelings for him, but she also feels like she should stay loyal to Felix so nothing happens. They stay friends.

Feeling like he needed to remember, Thomas got himself stung by Grievers and went through the Changing. This made him remember a lot. 
After Thomas went through the Changing he finds out Cally and Ezra were part of the 15 subjects that didn't respond well to the device they used to remove memories (The Swipe). To suppress this they put them inside a simulated world that was like how the world used to be and where every single one of them could communicate. The liquids in the bracelets served to suppress the real memories.
Cally freaks out more than Ezra and he ends up comforting her. Strengthening their bond as siblings, refusing to believe they're not really related.

Thomas also remembers that the Maze is a code, why they're there and where they need to go to escape the Maze.
After deciphering the code the Gladers prepared for a fight against the Grievers in order to jump through the secret door inside the Cliff.

Cally realizes Felix doesn't exist and gives in to her feelings for Newt. And they finally get together.

After a long time of preparing, most of the Gladers go to fight the Grievers. Including all the main characters. Except for Bark; who had to stay behind.

Thomas, Teresa and Chuck go through the Flat trans to put in the code in the computer and deactivate the Grievers. But not after a vicious fight which claimed half of the lives of the Gladers. Including Ezra's.

Newt gets Cally to come with them and leave her twins's dead body behind. 
The Gladers end up inside a big lab, where the people from WICKED are watching them.
A woman and a teenage boy go to talk to them, not giving any real answers. The boy turns out to be Gally, but he's being controlled by WICKED and trows a knife at Thomas.
Chuck saves him by jumping in front of it, gets impaled and dies.
Thomas gets really angry and attacks Gally, probably killing him before getting back to Chuck.

Before anything else could happen a group of soldier like people break into the lab, killing all the people from WICKED in order to rescue the Gladers. 
They take the Gladers to a save house where they'll stay until morning, when they would take the Gladers further up North where they should finally, really, be save.

A woman tells Thomas that the earth has almost entirely been destroyed by something she calls Sun Flares and after that, there was a virus that made people go crazy.

During the battle against the Grievers, Cally got wounded. A soldier helps her seal the wound by burning it shut. His name is David.
The Gladers are provided with food, but Cally barely eats.

When the Soldiers want to take Cally and Teresa to another room to spend the night, Cally refused and stays with the other Gladers. Teresa still goes to the other room.

That night they go to sleep, thinking they are save.
