Reon pushes the door to the coach's office. Tendou seemed a little nervous as Reon could feel the beat of his heart from where he was holding him up. The coach looked up from the paper work he had been putting off for a while. "Yes? Wha-" he went to ask but stopped the exhausted red head. Wordlessly he opened the draw on the left or him and pulled out a yellow sun kissed sticky note and began writing quickly. The red head smiled at the dark skinned boy and giggled as he set him down on the desk. "So? Wanna tell me what happened?" The coach asked still writing. Tendou flinched and shook his head. "Ok well why are you at school Tendou? You are in no condition to be here, let alone train"
"I know I just didn't want to burden 'toshi agian... he missed one day he doesn't need another day off" The coach looks up and sets his pen down.
"Take him the the nurse and give her this note. I'll pick him up when schools over and take him to my house for a while so you can run practice for the start. Also ask Semi to get homework for him"
Reon helps Tendou to one of the beds in the nurses office. "Thanks" the red head smiles and the other walks off. Tendou's muscles seemed to all be pulled tight, like after a hard game but that normally felt satisfied but this felt so different and so wrong. The smell of disinfectant seemed rise memories of his grandmother tending to the wounds given to him by his mother. Tendou pulls the pillow close to his chest and his eyelids seem to force themselves close even when he willed them to stay open.
