Megan POV The next day, Lucy and Hadley come to get me. The doctors do some more check ups on me and checks on the baby.
Dr. Tom: Okay Mrs. Carter looks like everything is looking great. The baby is healthy and you are fine as well. You are well enough to go home then. Megan: That's good.
I immediately think of Tony. I don't want to leave him.
Megan: How's Tony? Dr. Tom: He's fine. He actually just woke up. We thought that he needed to stay here a couple more days, but he did so well with the surgery he can go home as well. Hadley: That's great.
That makes me happy. We both get to go home.
Megan: Can I see him? Dr. Tom: Sure. The nurse will come with the wheelchair and will take you to his room.
I get ready and I change in the clothes that Hadley brought me. Even if I have a baby bump, I can have it covered up.

The nurse comes and sits me in the wheelchair. She takes me to Tony's room and I'm so happy to see him.
Megan: Hi baby. Tony: Megan hi.
Since I can't hug him, he holds me hand and kisses it.
Megan: I'm glad you are okay. Tony: Me too. It still hurts, but I'll be okay.
The doctor comes in.
Dr. Allen: Hello everyone. Megan: Hi. Dr. Allen: How are you feeling today? Tony: I feel pretty good. Shoulder hurts like hell, but I'm good. Dr. Allen: That's good to hear. I looked at your charts and you are good to go home. Tony: Really? Dr. Allen: Yes. Make sure you take your pain meds and follow the instructions. Take it easy for the next few weeks. I will see you again in 4 weeks to check your shoulder. Tony: Awesome.
So Tony changes clothes and we are both taken to Lucy's car and we drive off to the penthouse. Lucy is letting Tony and I stay with them for a while. We get to the penthouse. Tony and I go in the guest room. He's laying up on the bed. I go to the bathroom to take a quick shower. I really want to tell him that I'm pregnant. I wonder if he still remembers.
Tony POV I'm so glad that Megan and I are okay. I really love her so much. The one thing that I am thinking about and wondering is Megan pregnant? Like is she really? She comes out of the bathroom and sits by me.
Megan: Hey. Tony: Hey. Megan: How are you feeling? Tony: I feel good. I'm glad I'm with you.
She smiles at me and let's out a little laugh.
Megan: Me too.
I need some answers from her of what happened.
Tony: So what happened after I got shot? Megan: Well, the cops came and took Julia and Lance. I filed a report with the cops and all they need is a report from you to go forth with the charges. Tony: That's a relief. Megan: It is. Tony: I'll file a report this week then. Megan: I'll let the cops know.
