Megan POV Today is the day of the Billboard Music Awards. I woke up, took a bath, ate breakfast, and did my normal things that I do when I wake up in the morning. Then, Bailey comes with her glam squad team she uses for her special occasions. Her squad immediately goes to work on us. As we are getting ready, my phone rings and it's Peyton.
Megan: Hey Peyton. Peyton: Hey Meg. Megan: What's up? Peyton: How is everything going for ya? Megan: It's going good. I'm just getting my hair and makeup done. Peyton: Awesome. I don't know if you knew or not but we are all here at the hotel getting ready too. Megan: Wait, you, Tony, David? Peyton: Yep. And don't forget Tony's family is too. Megan: Oh.
Yeah. I definitely feel pressured now.
Peyton: Don't worry. They will be at the event in a special seating. Megan: Okay. Also, don't forget Carson is gonna pick me up. Peyton: I'm glad you told me because I'm making arrangements for rides for everyone right now. So you and Carson will ride in a car together, but you have to walk the red carpet with Tony because of the fact you guys are performing together.
I was confused at first, but then I remembered seeing so many different award shows that celebrities sometimes don't have who they are seeing walk with them for privacy reasons. Besides, I'm not ready to share that I'm in a relationship with someone else.
Megan: Okay. I'll text Carson to let him know. Peyton: Perfect. We are expected to arrive at the red carpet at 4:30 pm. Megan: Okay.
Am I nervous about the red carpet? Yeah!! Who won't? But Bailey has couching me on the do's and don'ts of the red carpet. She showed me how to walk and pose. And how to answer questions. I hope I don't screw up.
Megan: Thanks Peyton. Peyton: No problem. See you downstairs in a couple of hours.
I hang up the phone. I text Carson about the car and red carpet arrangements. He's 100% cool with everything. After almost a couple of hours, we are ready. Bailey's glam squad did an amazing job. We both put on our outfits and are ready to go. (Megan's wear)
