Chapter 1💖

"I Like Him"

Nick's POV:

Hi, I'm Nick Austin, my full name is Nick Robert Austin though. I have lived here in the hype house for a couple of months now. I love it here, I mainly like it here because of my best friend Tony Lopez. Tony and I basically share a room, either I'm sleeping in his bed or he's sleeping in my bed with me in my room. I don't know how to tell him this but I kinda have a little crush on him. And now that I think about it, we spend so much time together, that he might like me back. I know he probably doesn't but I'm not gonna get my hopes up. I was interrupted from my thoughts by a knock on the door.

"Come in!" I yell. The doors opened and Thomas came in.

"Hey Nick, we are having a BBQ and I was wondering if you would want anything in particular," He says peeking his head through the door.

"Nah, I'm good. Thanks though." I said while sitting up.

"No problem," He said while leaving. After that, I decided to go downstairs seeing as though I've been in my room all day. I was coming down the stairs as I saw Tony sitting on the couch playing on his phone. I decided to go sit beside him. As I sat beside him I look at him, he looks at me and smiled, which I return. A few minutes have passed and he puts his phone down and lays his head down on my lap. I smile and put my phone down as well and start to play with his hair.

"Aww, look at you two love birds," Chase says sitting down on the other couch. My other best friend and him know I like Tony. I just roll my eyes and smile, I could feel Tony smile and laugh on my lap. We all talk for a few minutes before Tony goes quiet. I can hear small snores so I kinda bent over to see if he's asleep, and which he is. I just chuckled and leaned back again and continued to play with his hair. Just as I do that, the front door swung open as Charli and Avani walk in.

"HEY, GUYS! WE GOT DUNKIN!" Charli says as she and Avani walk in

"Shhhh! " I say as I look at her and point to Tony who was still asleep on my lap.

"Oh, sorry," She says in a whisper, but loud enough for me to hear. I just put a thumbs up and look back down at Tony and smile. I really do love him, don't I? I was once again taken out of my thoughts by Thomas

"GUYS, FOODS DONE!" He yells. I just look at him and tilt my head sarcastically and point to Tony.

"Sorry," He said as he puts his hands up. I just roll my eyes and shake Tony a little bit to see if he would wake up, he doesn't budge. So I pick him up and tell everyone that I will be back down after I put him to bed. I was walking up the stairs and got to his room, I kick the doors open and walk to his bed. I place him down and smile to myself. He's so cute. As I stand there he opens his eyes but not all the way. Shit, I woke him up. 

"Nicky?" He asks.

"Yeah?" I say as I'm mad at myself for waking him up. 

"Can we cuddle?" He asks with puppy dog eyes. I just chuckle and lay down beside him. I wrap my arms around him after he turns around to face me. I stare into his beautiful brown eyes. He's so perfect. He soon closed his eyes and went back to sleep snuggling his face into my chest. I'm so lucky to have him as the best friend. But I want more. I want him in my life forever, as a partner. But what if he doesn't feel the same? I pushed that thought out of my mind and went to sleep with him in my arms.
