Momo remembers what Shoto went through. She tries to think of that when she punished the kids. She grew up with her hand getting whipped so she wants to do that sometimes, but they end up separating the kid from the sibling they had a problem with, ground the kid, or if it's really bad, she'll ask Shoto if she can whip their hand. If he says no then they stick to grounding

The kid is an angel who's scared of her one shadow, she doesn't get punished cuz she doesn't do anything.
