Both. Believe it or not, Mei actually can furnish homes. Her dorm isn't even messy because she hardly goes home, she stays in the workshop a lot.

Nejire would have the entire home be pastels if she got her way. The house is mainly beige, light blue, and a grey color.

Both of them picked out paints and the couch. She got to choose the throw pillows, blankets, and bedsheets though.

They went for a grey color. The couch is black with purple, grey, and white throw pillows. She mainly decorated though, he just helped paint. Her quirk was hella useful for putting furniture up.

Kendou had to. Tetsutetsu can not do that or the house looks like a wrestling arena
