Ch 34 - School

It was serious when she left. What now?

The next day your fever dropped down but still had to stay home. That 24 hour window was there. With your homework done it was time to reflect a little. Most of your time has been dedicated towards Nino and her sisters. Not a bad thing, but you didn't have much time to yourself. It was rather crazy. Granted you got to game for a bit, but that could only do so much. It was brought up last night. 

College!?

That scared her. It nearly made her jump. She's been on the back on the bike many times and I have seen her act tough. Outside that one time I flustered her. But outside that and the day before the contract, nothing. Is she scared of losing me? There has to be something to it. And I am going to have to be very careful with this search. Even if Toro and I are going to room together. 

You look at the schools around. You wonder about how this is all going to work. The majors are mixed up, the campuses are different, and then the famous location, location, location. Driving 50 kilos one way wouldn't be a good idea if you bought a car, rode the bike, or took a train. Where was the logic? Then a place that fit. A school about mostly sports or engineering isn't exactly what you're studying or having any involvement in. 

"Kuro looks good. Specializes in business. But Tokyo?" You sighed. Nino would be frightened. Better yet, what's her goal after all of this is over? When she is out of high school in a few months, what's the plan? Any idea? Know where there is a direction? Or is this playing Russian roulette where fate just has it happen? "We have to talk this through. It's still early being together, but can we make this challenge? Can we make it happen? Live through this obstacle? I'll be going to school and who knows what she's doing." You sit back in your desk chair and sigh. "You know what? Time for some soup."

Around this time the girls wanted to check in with you. So in game the group chat between the Quins, Fuutaro, and yourself.

Looking at schools. I saw that Tokyo University looks friggin sweet.

I've made no such commitment.
