Shūtoku High has a lot of history, their facilities are quite worn out and has strict management system. They're an academics-driven school but also hold their place as one of the Three Kings of Tokyo.

"The school that has been playing in every Winter Cup ever since its founding tournament. Its championships are unmatched. The oldest and strongest king, emperor of creation, Rakuzan High School!"
Rakuzan High is a prestigious school in Kyoto and has participated in the Winter Cup ever since it was founded, resulting in their title of the oldest and the strongest king. Their motto encourages the students to excel in both studies and sports. The school is conservative in certain ways and dislikes bringing in foreign sports players. Rakuzan's admission rates to top universities are high.

"It's only been two years since their formation, but they've crushed all of their opponents since their Winter Cup debut! They're the revolutionary eye of the typhoon of this competition!! The miraculous new star, Seirin High School!"
Seirin High is a new school with good facilities and pretty small in size compared to other well known schools. It's in a strategic location in Tokyo and near a station. There are 18 different types of bread sold at the cafeteria. *Funny enough, butSeirin High School exists in real life, but is more specialized in baseball than basketball.
