Oops I missed update day. Well too bad so sad it's my update schedule. Also just in case you forgot who is who, Makoto Mijitsu is the lawyer, Jing Mo is 17 year old billionaire, and Bohai Duzi is assistant.

Four days before Trial: Kyoya's POV:

We were able to get the court date set sooner than I thought we would, but mainly because we had to agree with my father that it would be a private trial. Most of the company already knows about the trial anyway, but this just stops us from being able to slander his name. It stops him from slandering mine as well.

The only people that will be allowed in during the trial were our lawyers, Haruhi, then all the witnesses that wanted to testify against my father. If my father didn't show up, we would be able to automatically win the trial, but not many things would be granted to us. The only big thing we would gain is attention against my father from the media.

Tamaki wasn't exactly happy with not being allowed in during the trial. He even tried getting the number of the judge ruling our case so he could bribe him to get into the trial. Obviously nobody gave him the number. In which he gave up easily, just like always.

"Kyoya, why can't I go? I mean, I did see the effects of the concussion before Haruhi passed out, isn't that enough to let me go?" Tamaki asked. If he had mentioned that earlier, he might have been able to go. But now, the trial is only in a few more days. If we tried getting him in now, the date would be changed to a later date again.

"Well, it's too late for that now. The only other time the judge will be open this month is near the end of it. If we have a second trial, you might be able to join in as an extra witness." I told him.

Since Jing came to town, we haven't had to go to school for a while, almost a month at this point. Jing still sends his assistant to get our school work for us everyday, but it doesn't take long for me to actually finish any of it. We still have a few more weeks of time off even after court ends.

Four days before Trial: Haruhi's POV:

"Are you nervous? Don't be, we have way more evidence than they think."

"But what if they make fake evidence? I'm sure he has enough money to do so." I told Mijitsu.

"We have evidence he doesn't even know we have. If he can somehow prove he never swans at you or Kyoya, we can at least prove he's done it before." Mijitsu explained, pulling out a folder. "He's never laid his hands on Fuyumi before, but he has hit Akito and Kyoya. They were both smart enough to log the dates, times, and take pictures, though most of it had been deleted a few years back when their phones and computers were raided." She pulled out a short stack of pictures then turned them to show me.

The first one was of Kyoya. Starting at the top of his cheekbone was a dark bruise that followed the curve of his cheek down near his jaw then curled back up. The next one was of a younger version of Akito, with multiple bruises running down his arm. The next few were pictures of arms and legs, some where they were covered in bruises and others with only one or two. The last picture was of a brownish red vase broken on the floor, some of the pieces so far away from the original body of it showing that it fell from a high place.

"He really did this to them? Did he do anything to Yuichi too?" I asked, handing the photos back over.

"Akito and Kyoya said they never remember Yuichi ever being hit, but Yuichi is refusing to get involved with the trial. He doesn't want to help us or their father because whoever he chooses would result in hate from the other side." Mijitsu explained, sighing and standing up. "I'd say the win is in our corner already. Although it would solidify it if we had Yuichi. It's really a shame you didn't want to sue him, though."
