You stepped into your house, sighing and sliding your bag off of your shoulder. "I'm home!"

Your parents turned away from the TV and shot up from the couch, eyes wide. "Y/N!"

You grinned at them, placing a hand on your hip.

"Y'all proud of me or what?"

"Oh, my baby, I'm so proud of you!" Your mother wailed, hugging you tightly as she sobbed. Your dad embraced both of you, tears also collecting in his eyes.

"Damn, you made your old man cry, Y/N...shame on you!" He laughed, using one arm to wipe away his tears. You grinned, hugging both of them back tightly.

"Sorry, sorry...so what's the plan for tonight?"

"We're going to your favorite." Your father said, grinning back at you as he pulled away from the hug. Your eyes lit up.

"Olive Garden?! I might just cry, dad."

"My wallet's gonna be the one crying." Your dad chuckled, sweatdropping. You giggled, tapping your mother to signal for her to let go. She complied, staring at you with joy and pride. You jerked your thumb towards the steps, smiling.

"I'm gonna take a quick shower and change, then we can go."

Your parents nodded, your mom still wiping away her tears.

"Be quick, kiddo."

You nodded and dashed upstairs, quickly entering the bathroom. After about ten minutes, you had finished showering, wincing from the pain you felt in your side from Bakugo's blast. You glanced down at the healing burn mark, thankful for Recovery Girl's quirk. You didn't resent Bakugo for attacking you, since it was a tournament, but you wouldn't let your guard down and make the same mistake again next time.

You stepped out of the bathroom a while later, changed into casual clothes. You wore a baggy F/C T-shirt with a snail on the front, paired with snail patterned pajama pants. You had put on black sneakers, and a black bucket hat to go along with it. You grinned as you hopped down the steps, landing on the ground in front of your parents.

"Let's go!"

You and your parents arrived at Olive Garden, all of your stomachs rumbling with hunger. Your father pulled the door open, grinning.

"After you."

You smiled at him as your mom linked your arm with hers, entering the restaurant. Your stomach grumbled with anticipation, and you giggled slightly.

'I'm really hungry, huh? Can't blame myself, it's been a long day. Do they have garlic bread here? I can't remember. Garlic bread is really good. If they have any, I'm gonna order a whole tub full of it.'

You were slowly brought out of your thoughts by the sight of a familiar bush of spiky blonde hair in front of you. It was, unsurprisingly, Bakugo. Two adults were by his side, resembling him. Your heart fluttered and you grinned, bouncing up and down on your heels. You leaned forward as your mother and father gave you confused looks, opening your mouth.

"Bakugo!"

The ash-blonde jumped and turned around, glaring at you. His parents also turned around, slightly taken aback. Bakugo grumbled, running a hand through his hair. "Shit, it's you. Could you be any louder?"

"Oi, you brat, be nice!" His mother shouted, smacking him on the back of the head. Your eyes widened slightly and you couldn't help but snort, turning your head slightly.

"Sorry, Bakugo, I was just surprised to see you here!" You giggled, covering your mouth. Bakugo's mom stared at you for a minute, before her eyes widened.

"Aren't you Y/N L/N? The girl who made second place today in the sports festival?" She exclaimed, eyes shining. "Are you friends with my Katsuki?! Thank you so much for putting up with his hopeless self!"

"I'm not hopeless, hag-"

"Shut up! I'm Mitsuki Bakugo, Katsuki's mother. And this is my husband, Masaru."

The woman extended a hand, and you smiled politely, taking it and giving it a firm shake.

"Nice grip, kiddo." Mitsuki chuckled, gazing at you warmly. Your smile grew wider. You already liked Bakugo's mom. She glanced up at your parents after releasing your hand, smiling. "And I'm assuming you must be her parents?"

"Mhm! I'm M/N L/N, and this is my husband F/N!" Your mother chirped, smiling sweetly. Mitsuki beamed, and the four adults started to make conversation with each other as you waited in line. You glanced at Bakugo, who very obviously did not want to be here.

"You did awesome today. Even better than Todoroki." You said suddenly, smiling dreamily. Bakugo scoffed, shoving his hands into his pockets.

"Of course I fucking did. That dumbass passed out at the end of the round."

"Really? Was the match at least a little bit interesting for you?"

"Barely. Our match was more entertaining than that bullshit, and that's saying something."

A broad grin grew on your face at the compliment, and you closed your eyes. "I actually tried really hard today, a lot harder than I thought I would! Never thought I'd say this, but you gave me a challenge! So, thanks for pushing me to my limits!"

Bakugo's eyes widened and he clicked his tongue, turning his head away from you. You could see a faint blush on his face.

  "Whatever, idiot."
