The one with the nightmare

Ross and Rachels apartment:

"ROSS.....HELP... NO,PLEASE.....PLEASE" Rachel shoots up from her bed covered in sweat her eyes suddenly fill with tears and she breaks down. Her quick movements wake up Ross who was asleep beside her. "Rach are you okay, what happened" Ross puts a comforting arm around Rachel and pulls her into a warm embrace, he waits patiently while she cries into his shoulder wondering what on earth could have had such a big effect on her emotional state, he had never seen Rachel like this before and it terrified him. After about 10minutes Rachel moves her head away from Ross's shoulder and looks deep into his eyes. "Please don't ever hurt me" Ross could see the pain in her eyes and pulled her into his chest "Rach I promise I'll never hurt you" After contemplating for a moment Ross decided to ask Rachel the question he been thinking about for 25minutes. "Rach, what happened". Once again she raised her head and looked deep into his eyes. His concern was growing her face was pale and she looked ill. "Rach". Her hand flew to her mouth as she jumped off the bed and ran into the bathroom. The sound of Rachel throwing up filled the apartment. Ross ran after her and held her hair till he was sure she wouldn't throw up again. She was huddled on the floor with her legs against her chest. Ross bent down and cradled Rachel kissing her on the forehead whispering words of comfort into her ear. Suddenly the bathroom door opened and a young child stood at the door her face filled with fear and concern. "Daddy is Mummy okay" Ross looked at his daughter with empathy, "Yes darling mummy just isn't very well right now okay." "Okay Daddy" the little girl replied, she closed the door and returned back to her own bedroom. Ross looked down to see that Rachel had fallen asleep in his arms, he kissed her on the head and carried her back to bed stopping for a minute so that he could look at her revelling in her beauty. He kissed her cheek once more and tucked a lose strand of hair behind her ear. Ross crawled into bed next to Rachel wrapping her up in his arms while falling asleep once again.

Please review, recommendations for future chapters would be great I have an idea to where I'm going to take this story but I would love to hear other peoples ideas.
