Art Contest!

Judging

This is the point system, which I first discovered from UltimateFanWing ! Each contestant will have the potential to earn a total of _ points (plus a bonus point), being graded in each different section. So it doesn't matter whether you do a headshot or a fullbody, you still have the potential! Just keep in mind, you don't have to get all 3's. You could get 1's or 0's for all I care— they will still be amazing and I'm so glad you are all joining! Just the fact that you submitted a drawing will make me happy ^w^

-Line Art-
3 points: very fancy, elaborate and appealing
2 points: your usual line art, still wonderful but possibly a few mistakes
1 point: there are quite a few mistakes
0 points: there is none (usually only applies to traditional)
!Bonus point!: it's full colored and lineless, but contains the consistency and accuracy

-Coloring-
(Hint: in digital art, use the eye dropper to get the exact same color!)
3 points: colors are exactly the same as given in the reference and applied very nicely
2 points: colors are extremely similar, but not quite the same
1 point: the colors are not the right colors
0 points: there is no color

-Background-
3 points: a very well done background, fits well with drawing and not too distracting
2 points: a simple background, or it is a wee bit too distracting
1: very distracting, or doesn't blend well with the drawing
0 points: there is no background

-Shading-
3 points: the shading is consistent and very well done
2 points: the shading is mostly consistent
1 point: the shading is not consistent, but it's there
0 points: there is no shading

-Proportions-
3 points: is very accurate to a real cat proportions
3 points: is not proportional, but it is because of the art style
2 points: is close to proportional, but has a few mistakes
2 points: is different due to the art style, but  has a few mistakes
1 point: many mistakes

-Accuracy-
3 points: is accurate to both the fanfiction and reference (keep track of the number of stripes, placement of stripes, cat body type, etc, and you will succeed!)
2 points: is mostly accurate to fanfiction and/or reference
1 point: is not very accurate to either the fanfiction or reference

-Uniqueness-
5 points: very unique, standing-out drawing that catches my eye and makes me want to check out your art book
3 points: is unique, but not quite as eye catching as 5 pointer drawings
0 points: it is bland (I can promise you now, with me judging there will be no one with 0 uniqueness points— Or even 3 XD)

I think that's it? Wow I'm gonna be so bad at grading this (you'll all probably end up with 23/23) And remember: you do NOT have to do all that extra stuff! I'm just glad y'all are here 😊
