Everything was happening so fast.
Huening Kai got chased down the forest by a crow who was trying to eat him.
The bird probably thought that he was an insect of some sort.
Kai darted past bushes and the branches of trees as he saw Soobin's house being lit up by the moon in the distance.
His small wings batted so fast that he got there in no time.
There was one problem, though.
He thought the balcony door was slightly opened, but when he realized that it wasn't, it was too late.
He slammed right into the glass at full speed, being instantly knocked out.
At least he lost the crow.
After one minute, everything changed.
The door to the balcony slid open and Soobin was there, kneeling down and looking at his door.
Everything was spinning and out of the corner of his eye, Kai saw the crow dash out from under the trees. It headed straight for him.
But before anything happened, he felt the gigantic boy pick him up and run into the house.
The crow struggling to get in was the last thing that Kai saw before passing out.

Soobin intently stared at the small doll-sized creature in his hands.
His eyes widened as he saw him open his small little eyes.
The creature's eyes then widened as he his his face under the blanket out of fear. The only thing Soobin could see were his eyes.
They were a shade of a deep grayish purple. Soobin saw a galaxy in them. The creature's eyes were so big and his eyelashes batted in embarrassment and fear.
Soobin exhaled, his expression softening. "Hey.." he gently spoke. "It's alright, I won't hurt you." A slight smile curled across Soobin's face.
The little creature then exhaled in relief and looked up at him from the blanket. "Was that crow chasing you?" Soobin quietly spoke.
The creature nodded, placing one of his hands on Soobin's finger. "I'm not dreaming, am I..?" Soobin looked into the eyes of the little boy.
"You aren't." It coyly spoke, surprising Soobin even more.
"Wow.. what are you?" Soobin grabbed the blanket with two fingers, unwrapping the little thing in his hands.
The little boy then sat up like a puppy with his wings spread out. They gently fluttered, leaving the soft pink glittery dust on his hands.
"Are you.. a fairy?" Soobin intently looked at the little boy sitting in his hands. "Yes.. I am." It shyly spoke. "You're so.. tiny." Soobin spoke without thinking.
"H-hey! I'm not that small!" The fairy pouted. "O-oh, sorry. I didn't mean it in a bad way." Soobin looked away. He was truly enchanted by the little being that was in his palms.
Soobin took another moment to look at the little fairy's features. He had soft, Raven black hair that delicately fell across his face. His skin was pale and he had rosy pink cheeks. His lips looked like soft and delicate rosebuds.
He was wearing a white shirt with ruffles on the sleeves and collar. He also had black shorts and socks. On his small little feet were the cutest little black shoes that Soobin had ever seen.
In all honesty, he was a very cute and delicate little fairy boy.
"Are you hungry..?" Soobin looked back into the fairy's eyes. The small boy nodded, pouting as he did so.
"Alright, what do you like eating?" Soobin huddled the fairy close as he stood up and placed him on the counter. He turned the light on and went back to the fairy.
"Do you have cookies?" The fairy innocently asked.
"Yes, I do." Soobin looked in his cupboard and found mini chocolate chip cookies in a jar. The tall boy took the jar and placed it next to the fairy.
The fairy then began to flutter next to Soobin, waiting as he took out five little cookies. He held them up to the fairy who then sat back down on his hand.
The fairy took a cookie and began to dig down on it, taking bites and chewing it like a chipmunk. Soobin found that to be unbelievably adorable but he was still confused.
How could a fairy be real? Soobin thought that they only exsisted in fairy tales and folklore.
He pinched himself to see if he was dreaming, which he was not.
He quietly watched the fairy eat through three cookies before giving up, leaving the two others on his hand.
"I'm stuffed," the fairy said in the most innocent voice.
"It's alright, you can take them and eat them later." Soobin replied.
"Really?" The fairy looked up at him with doe eyes.
"Of course." Soobin smiled.
Strangely, being with this little guy made Soobin feel safe and secure. He felt at peace.
He didn't feel so lonely anymore.
"I really should get going," the fairy looked like he was in a rush. He picked up the two cookies and began to fly away before Soobin spoke up.
"Wait!" He held his hand out. The fairy turned around and looked at him.
"Before you go.. just please, tell me your name." Soobin walked towards him.
"My name..?" The fairy asked. "Yes.. your name." Soobin looked down.
"It's.. Kai. Huening Kai." The fairy innocently spoke.
"Huening Kai.." Soobin repeated.
"I must go.. forget that this ever happened, okay Soobin?" Kai spoke. He then put his small hand over his mouth.
"Huh? How'd you-" Soobin got cut off by the little fairy whizzing off and out of his open window.
"Sorry, bye!" The little fairy said as he disappeared into the night.
Soobin's jaw hung open.
How did the fairy know his name? Was he magical or something?
Soobin didn't know, but all he knew was that he wouldn't get any more sleep that night because of all the thinking he'd have to do because of what just happened.
