Soobin gasped awake, sweat running down his back.

What was that? He didn't know.

Looks like the others would have to hear an interesting story today.

Soobin got out of his bed, placing his phone in his pocket. He headed to the washroom and did his morning routine before getting ready for school.

He had breakfast and then skipped to school with Beomgyu.

"Something real weird happened." Soobin looked down.

"Tell me about it," Beomgyu grinned.

"I'll tell you at lunch." Soobin smiled.

As the lunch bell rang, Soobin met up with Beomgyu and went to their usual hang out spot with their other friends.

"Hey, Yeonjun!" Beomgyu waved.

The older boy waved back, sitting down on the concrete wall.

"Whatcha reading, wise guy?" Beomgyu bend over and looked at the book that Taehyun was reading.

"Biology? Yuck." Beomgyu chuckled. "Shut up, clown." Taehyun rolled his eyes, making Beomgyu cackle.

"Where's Kai?" Soobin suddenly asked.

"I'm here!" Said a cute voice from behind. It was Kai.

He had 5 small cartons of strawberry milk in his hands as he ran up to the group.

"There you are! I was gettin' worried, y'know."  Yeonjun crossed his arms.

"Go easy on him, Jun. He's just a kid." Taehyun looked up from his book. All five of them sat together on the grass in a circle.

Kai then handed out the milk as all of them started having conversations.

Kai noticed that Soobin was being awfully quiet, so he decided to check up on him.

"Hey, Hyung, are you feeling well?" Kai asked. "Yeah.. it's just that something's bothering me." Soobin said, making everyone else go quiet.

"What's on your mind?" Taehyun asked. "It's just that.. last night I had the strangest dream." Soobin scratched his head.

"Was it a nightmare?" Beomgyu asked. "No, not like that. It was pretty nice but it was definitely weird." Soobin looked away.

"Ooh, weird dreams, I like those. Tell us about it." Yeonjun smirked as he took a sip of his milk.

"Well, in the dream I was some depressed lonely guy who's only friend was Beomgyu." Soobin tilted his head.

"What happened to the rest of us?" Kai asked with curiosity.

"Well.. You, Taehyun and Yeonjun were fairies." Soobin stated. Everyone else went quiet.

Suddenly, Beomgyu and Yeonjun burst out laughing.

"Fairies? What are we, Barbie dolls?" Yeonjun cackled. "That's not it though! It was a dream where me and "Kai the fairy" fell in love!" Soobin said, making Taehyun join in on the laughter.

Kai's face went completely red.

Him?

Being a fairy and falling in love with Soobin in some dream?

No freaking way.

"And then I got hit by some car, Kai came to save me and died, then he came back to life and.." Soobin looked down as his cheeks turned red.

"And we kissed-" He had to stop talking from all the embarrassment that he was getting.

Yeonjun was crying from laughter while Beomgyu was on the verge of tears. Meanwhile, Taehyun had a good chuckle.

"You two kissed?!" Yeonjun wiped a few tears away. "It gets weirder though!! Jungkook Hyung was a fairy too, and Jimin Hyung was a giant angel! The dream was like a movie, I could see everyone's point of view!" Soobin exclaimed.

"Even that junior girl named Yuna was in it! It was as if Taehyun was narrating the entire thing, too!" Soobin began laughing out of amazement.

"What type of drugs did you take before going to bed last night to have a dream as wild as that?" Yeonjun coughed, taking another sip of his milk.

"I don't know, man. All I know is that it felt so real and weird." Soobin shrugged.

The five of them chatted together, enjoying their day.

Wait, was the fairy real, or was it all fake?

"Shh," Kai whispered with a finger up to his lips. "It's a secret between us." He'd wink and tell you.
