There was a Regional Workshop constructing a teacher guide for Grade 3. Lanami and her provincial community affairs officer attended and graced the activity. Since, they're the key informant for cultural content inclusion of the book.
Lanami stands as the team leader of the group. She serves as facilitator and mover. Almost of her life she dedicated to cultural work starting from college life. It was then she realized the importance of culture in life. When she entered MSU as a freshie at the dorm meeting new personalities. She is different since she is a Maguindanaon surrounded by a Meranao. She was asked blatantly of this curious person do you believe Allah? Are you a Muslim? How do you pray? What an innocent questions coming from a university student. Lanami was hurt when someone asked her faith. It was the commencement of her struggle.
Back to the present, she was thinking for her final vow on her current work even telling painful goodbye.
