CHAPTER FOURTEEN

The two of you were now outside but suddenly were sent inside a school bus. You groaned along with Peter and heard him said 'eww' when he saw many bubble gums stuck under a chair. You shove Peter out of the window and flew out of the bus. You saw the Shocker charging for another attack and so you hug Peter and shielded him from the attack that slammed the two of you on to another bus.

Peter immediately get out from your grip and checked you, "(Y/N)?! (Y/N)?!"

"I'm fine, babe." You smiled before standing up and cracked your knuckles, "I've been stiff for a little while. Thanks by the way."

Before they realised it, the man's weapon fell down and the two of you look at Ned with Peter's web-shooter in hand. "Sick!"

"Nice shot!" Peter yelled and ran over to Ned. You look at the Shocker before dashing in front of him and knocked him out cold.

"Ned, the guy with the wings is Liz's dad!" Peter informed breathlessly.

"What!?" Ned exclaimed.

"We gotta tell Mr. Stark." Peter said, "Ned, call Happy Hogan. His the head of Mr. Stark's security. Get a computer and track my phone!"

"Will you two be okay?"

"Yeah, we will and Ned, I'm (Y/N)." You said.

"Oh my god! Two of my friends are superheroes!" Ned said.

"Just do what we said, Ned." Peter said and the chubby nodded, "(Y/N) will call you for more, 'kay?"

"You want me to fly you or fly besides you?" You asked.

"Fly besides me, will do." He said.

Peter shot out a web and swung away with you following and then you spotted Flash and the two of you landed in front.

"Flash, I need your car." Peter said.

"Sir, technically this is my dad's car, sir. So I can't—"

You shot lasers at a nearby tree that was destroyed immediately before looking back at him, "Now."

He didn't hesitate and was left standing at the sidewalk while he watched the two of you drove away.

"That was so cool." You heard Peter said in the passenger's seat.

"Yeah, now let's see what this can car do." You stepped on the engine and started driving at Mach speeds.

"Can you slow down!!!?" Peter yelled as you drove like Vin Diesel or Paul Walker from the Fast and Furious movies.

"If we did, we're not gonna catch up at the bad guy. My phones in my left pocket."

He immediately went to reach for your phone but not before having his palm brushed at your crotch.

"Don't get too handsy, Petey." You teased.

"Shut it." He said and dialled Ned's number. "Hello, Ned? Can you hear me?"

"Go for Ned."

"Ned, it's me Peter. Can you track my phone?"

"Yeah, but where is it?"

"At the Vulture's car." Peter answered while holding tightly on his seat because how (Y/N) was driving.

"Genius move." Ned complimented. "He just passed by the GameStop on Jackson Avenue."

"Copy that." You made a sharp turn and then started driving straight.

"(Y/N), I know you're awesome but I think you watched too much Fast and Furious movies." Peter said.

"There's never 'too much' for everything." You said.

"Wait, are you two driving? Whose car is it?"

"Flash fricking Thompson." You replied.

"Awesome."

"Have you called Happy?" Peter asked Ned.

"Yeah, I don't think he likes you. It sounded like he was catching a flight."

Your eyes suddenly widened in realization. "It's moving day! The Vulture is gonna robbed the plane!!"

"Okay, slow dow— Nevermind, go fast and turn right." Ned instructed.

You did a sharp turn on the right which caused Peter to clutched your arms. "(Y/N)!! I don't wanna die like this!"

"That won't happen, babe."

"Wait, are you guys—"

"Bye, Ned." Peter ended the call and the two of you.

You stopped at an old industrial park and saw the Vulture's figure. You parked the car and immediately sneak upon the villain. Peter was first to confront him.

"Hey!" He yelled, the man turned around. "Surprised?"

"Oh, hey Pete. Didn't hear you coming." The villain turned his eyes towards you, "You must be Superboy, the guy who saved my daughter. I gotta thank you, though."

"Don't mention it but it's time to end all of this because we got you." You said.

"You know, I admire the both of you with all of your grit." He said, casually which irritated you. "I admire Liz for picking her friends and a hero to admire. I can't believe that I let you in my house, Pete. When you first came, I wasn't sure. But, now I see it was right in front of me."

"How could you do this to her?" Peter said.

"To her? No, I'm not doing anything to her." His voice started changing and it suited for the conversation, "I'm doing this for her."
