So I don't know if anyone cares, probably not, but I got curious and looked up what it meant to say someone looks like a grass eater/call them a grass eater, and here's what I got:
"Grass-eater men" is a term used in Japan to describe men who had no interest in getting married or having a girlfriend. It was also used to describe young men who had "lost their manliness".
So Food Fantasy is essentially either saying that Eggnog's appearance just scream fuckboy and womanizer (or Turkeynizer) to the people of Tierra, or that he's much younger than 30s and isn't very "manly".
