~~ Liam's POV ~~

As we made our way back to my dorm in North Quad, we continued our talk about life after college. She thanked me again for really hearing her out, and for not judging her. And then, she turned the spotlight on me.

"What about you? What are your hopes for life after we get out of here?" Sarah asked.

"Well," I began. "Ideally, I'd like to be an editor, or director. I just feel like I have a really natural ability to boss people around, and get things done when they need to be done. But, much like you, I've always dreamt about getting married and having a family. My career dreams have always changed, but wanting to start a family has been a constant."

She looked up from the sidewalk and turned to me, "That's really sweet. I feel like most guys would have trouble admitting that. Most of the time, guys just want to party as long as possible."

I chuckled, "Yeah, I've never really been like 'most guys.' There's just something so enticing about the thought of starting a family, and having four or five kids running around in a big back yard. I have such a small family, that I guess it's made me really want to have a bigger family when I have my own."

We didn't talk for another few minutes until we reached North Quad. It was a comfortable silence, though, and not at all awkward. We reached my suite just before everyone else was set to arrive.

"Wow," Sarah said. "This is like, way nicer than I thought it would be." I shut the door and took my jacket off, placing it on my desk in my room. I offered to take Sarah's as well.

"It's pretty nice. If we spent more time here, I'm sure we'd enjoy it more," Joe added, coming out of our bedroom.

"Hi," Sarah smiled, sweetly.

Joe smiled and offered his hand out, "Joe. Liam's roommate, and wingman." She shook it firmly. I heard a knock at the door as Joe and Sarah began talking, and our other partner Dylan walked in.

Sarah looked a little uncomfortable, "So guys, this is Sarah. We were offered the opportunity to produce our script, so I invited her along to scout some talent. I hope that's alright."

"We're theater majors, Liam. We live to perform, so of course that's alright," Dylan smiled and patted Sarah on the shoulder.

Our rehearsal went really well; we were each given a part in the Othello Rap from The Complete Works of William Shakespeare: Abridged. Sarah was following along in the book, and she was laughing and smiling the entire time. I was glad she had joined us; seeing her happy made me happy. Once we had run through it a few times without mistakes, we decided to call it quits for the night.

We chilled for a few minutes, and Sarah told Joe and Dylan about our script and how excited she was to have the opportunity to bring it to life. Dylan left soon after to study, while Joe and Sarah continued to talk a little bit more about the characters. When the conversation reached a lull, I took the chance to suggest that Sarah and I head out before any place got too crowded.

"Good idea, Thursdays seem to be the start of everyone's weekends. It was really fun getting to watch you guys rehearse, and it was nice meeting you, Joe!" Sarah said, as she buttoned up her jacket.

"You too, I'm sure I'll be seeing you around," Joe said, as he headed into our room.

"So," Sarah said, as we walked out the doors to the building, into the chilly October evening. "Where would you like to go?"

"It really doesn't make any difference to me," I responded.

"Well, you grew up around here, right? You would know which places are better than other's, where the extent of my knowledge is Biggby's, Starbucks, and the deli I pass by on my walk to central campus," she laughed.
