Belle lay in the hospital bed in severe pain Bruce was unable to give her anything as her heart was weak enough all ready and they weren't sure she'd even be able to successfully deliver the baby if they gave her any drugs. Loki held her hand with a smile on his face "your going to be a mother" he told her she smiled at him but tears escaped her eyes "my love what's wrong?" He asked wiping away the tears "I'm so sorry..." she said through tears "for what?" Loki questioned "my heart isn't strong enough I'm going to die I'm so sorry I didn't tell you but I need you to be there for my baby" she told him squeezing his hand Loki stood there in shock there was a beat before he spoke "I can't I won't I will not raise the thing that killed you!" He yelled hiding his pain "please Loki this baby is a part of me" she begged him but he stormed out of the room "Loki wait please!" She yelled after him trying to stand up only to have her back end in a strange angle and she fell awkwardly to her knees in agony before falling back just before her head hit the grown Loki raced back and caught her
"DR.BANNER" he called out urgently Bruce raced in followed by Clint and Tony "Get her on the table Belle it's time" he told her "no I can't I can't" Belle sobbed "yes you can Belle" Clint told her firmly "no I can't nobody will take care of her." "Yes we will Belle I promise" Clint told her he looked to the others he grabbed them and brought them to the corner of the room "she's about to die and you want her last moments to be like this" he lectured them putting things into perspective for them they walked back over to Belle and sworn to look after her daughter "Where's Nick and Phil! They promised they'd be here" she cried "I'm here Belle right here" Nick said rushing to her side "what about Phil" she begged Loki looked away ashamed but before she could be told what had happened she screamed "Belle I need you to push!" Bruce instructed

And so she did and soon came a shrill cry Bruce cut the umbilical cord and placed the baby on Belles chest "it's a boy" Bruce told her "a boy" she said "I don't have a name for a boy picked out" she said lightly "you'll think of one" Loki said kissing her head. Bruce took the baby away to clean him. "He's beautiful Belle" Tony told her from across the room "Belle?" Tony questioned again before whipping his head around "Belle!" He yelled racing over and beginning to perform CPR on her chest "Bruce! I need you!" Tony yelled. Bruce quickly but carefully handed the baby off to Natasha who left as quick as she came and he began to try and shock Belles heart back to life "Clear" he called her lifeless body bounced at the shock but nothing changed the monitor still flatlined. Loki stood in the corner waiting for the monitor to flick back on to show his soulmate was alive but it never did. Bruce presses two fingers to her neck and looked at his watch "time of death four fifty three pm" he announced solemnly, Tong dropped to his knees and began sobbing, Clint stood there motionless, Nick silently cried and Loki stood there staring at his lost love. After about five minutes though it felt like an eternity. Bruce leaned forwards and closed Belles eyes to let her rest forever. He silently left the room and went to document everything and check on the baby he ignored the worried glances of the team. Soon Tony, Clint and Nick exited the room Clint and Nick we're holding Tony up though you could hardly tell "she didn't make it" Tony shook his head painfully at the team as they all had they're own reactions to the news. Natasha rushed forward into the room holding Belle to mourn for her lost daughter silently. Steve nodded like the soldier he was and Thor kneeled as a sign of respect for the girl. Tony walked to the end of the hallway and pulled out his phone and called Pepper. Hey Pep Tony what's going on are you okay? Ye im fine who are you with right now? Happy and Rhodey why? Can you put me on speaker? Sure... Hey T it's Rhodey Hey Tony what's up? Hey guys em well I found Belle and she was staying at Shield and just after the battle she went into labor and she just gave birth a few minutes ago. It's a boy That's great Tony! Congrats T! Where's Belle now? That's the thing guys she Belle well she didn't make it. Tony spoke so slow it was impossible to not hear him He heard crying on the other end of he phone and didn't have the heart to hear it so he hung up and sat down on the floor before starting to cry like he's never cried before not when his grandparents die not when his parents died or aunt Peggy of Jarvis not even when his soulmate died because nothing could compare to this the pain of loosing a child.
