I felt pain surging throughout my entire body. I forced my eyes open, a bright light blinded me. I winced and moved my head to the side. "SCP-700, you're awake." The light moved, I looked back up. A couple of scientists looked down on me. A female one put a rubber object into my mouth, I tried to reach my hand up and take it out but my hand was restrained down. I began to panic, I kicked and and taught to get my hands and legs free. I was tied down to a metal slab, someone held my head down and attached two sticky things on my temple. "This is going to hurt." A man whispered into my ear. A sudden burst of electricity surged through my entire body. I screamed, but the rubber object muffled me. As quickly as it happened it stopped, tears ran down my cheeks. "Stand by!" A lady yelled. Another blast hit me, my jaw clenched onto the rubber object. My nails dug into my palms and my eyes rolled into the back of my head. It ended and my body went limp, loose tears were streaming down my face. I could barely lift my fingers without wincing, the scientists gathered around me. The same woman took the rubber object out of my mouth, I could see it was a mouth piece now. They looked down at me then scribbled something down onto their clipboards, I opened my mouth to talk. A man lowered his head to my mouth. "Fuck you." I wheezed out. He stood back up and wrote something down. They all were emotionless, they all didn't know what I had just gone through. I closed my eyes, as much as I didn't want to kill right now these people deserved to suffer more than anyone. I took a deep breath and clenched my fists, as much as it hurt I but my tongue. The taste of blood filled my mouth, the power began to surge through me. My tongue healed over, I bit it again. One of the scientists walked over to a machine, I opened my eyes and watched them. They were going to shock me again! I dug my nails into my palm, the lady forced my mouth open to put the mouth piece over my teeth. She noticed blood in my mouth, she signaled to the other scientists to come look. They walked over, my anger started growing. Now I had control. My nails dug into my palms, a growl escaped my throat. The scientists jumped back, finally giving me the satisfaction of seeing fear in their eyes. I ripped my arms free from the straps holding me in place. My legs bursting from the straps holding them still, a growl escaped through my clenched teeth. I looked at the man, he was still by the machine. He looked at me with pure fear, I grinned evilly at him. I lashed out at him, my hand gripping the collar of his shirt tightly. I sent him flying through the air towards the other scientists. He landed on one man and two other woman. I ran toward the last one, she was at the keypad that locked the door. The girl put a code in and the door opened. But I was much quicker. I grabbed the girl by the hair and threw her back, she landed by the others with a hard thud. Without looking I raised my fist and slammed it down on the keypad. It ripped clean off from the wall. The power I felt was addicting, it felt like I could do whatever I wanted. They crawled away from me, they were nothing but cowards. I looked at the man who used the machine, the one who truly deserved his pain. I walked over to him and grabbed him by the throat. He grunted and groaned, he tried hitting my arm. It felt like a feather. I laughed and dragged him to the metal slab I was tied to. I wrapped a leather strap around his torso and secured it tightly. He struggled against it, but to no use. He screamed to his fellow companions, begging to help him. They stared at me, as if the man wasn't even there. I smiled. "Do you want to save him?" I asked. My voice had a slight echo to it, and it was much darker. The scientists didn't respond. I slammed my hand on the metal slab, cracks formed around my palm. "Answer me!" I demanded. A woman whimpered and a man shook his head no. My smile disappeared. "I'll give you a choice. Save him, but sacrifice one of yourself's and be remembered as a hero. Or let him die a painful death, and you all leave as cowards harm free." I could hear guards trying to get inside, the scientists seemed to be thinking. "Did I mention you have a time limit? Oops." A man stood up quickly. "I'll die!" My brow raised in astonishment, then a smile grew on my lips. "Why?" I simply asked. Yet the man looked at me like I asked the hardest question in the world. "Why do you wish to know?" He asked cautiously. "Don't forget where your place is right now. I don't think you're in the position to be asking me questions." His fists clenched up. "Because that man taught me everything I know, how to use the machines from how to get on the upper classes good side. He's the reason I have this job." I motioned for the man to move closer, he followed orders. I walked up to him, my hands behind my back. "He's the reason you're here today?" The man nodded, I could see he was shaking slightly from fear. I smiled. "He'll be the reason you die then." I placed my foot on the side of his knee and stepped down. His knee cracked as his leg went towards the side. He screamed in pain as he fell to the ground. I walked over to the man on the metal slab, he was still struggling. I put the two sticky pieces of metal on his temples. "This'll only hurt a little." I whispered into his ear. I walked over to the machine, I grabbed a knob that had different voltages labeled around it. I put it on its highest level. I grabbed a lever and turned towards the people, they were all crying. I flipped the lever and the man lit up. He screamed, his legs kicking the air. I heard a loud crunch come from his mouth, he had bit his teeth together so hard they broke. After a few seconds, blood deeper through his nose, the corners of his eyes, and his ears. Suddenly his whole head burst, I covered my face as bits and pieces of his brain went flying. When I uncovered my face, almost the whole room was painted red. The people had splotches on them, but the man with the broken leg was covered. I walked up to him and crouched down to his level. "See, people are not worth saving." He looked at me. I grinned. "It'll get you killed." I plunged my hand into the mans chest, a scream came from behind him. His mouth hung open, but nothing came out. I removed my hand, the mans now dead body fell to the side. In my hand was now his still warm heart. I approached the group slowly, they hid their heads with their hands, their body's trembled violently. I crouched down and held the heart out to a woman. "Sometimes this can get in the way, it's better to not have one at all." I squeezed the heart, the remaining blood in it hit the ground. I released the skin of the heart, it hit the ground with a slap. "Hopefully, I don't see your faces again. Because believe my warning, you'll never see another day." The guards finally burst through the metal door, their riffles already drawn. I raised my hands into the air, the proud smile never leaving my face.
Hopefully this makes up for not writing in so long 😭 please forgive me!
