I patiently checked my video every few hours. For the first 30 minutes or so, there was 0 views.

I then got a text from Ethan.

E: hey, do you want me to shout your video out on Twitter or something so you can get some traction and see what people think?

Y/n: yeah that'd be great, thanks <3

Less than 25 minutes later, my video had over 1,000 views. I checked the comments to see what people where saying.

Mhafan2939: lmao why did Ethan shout them out??

The bad comments outweighed the good ones, but what did I expect?

I shouldn't let it bother me, for as long as I'm on YouTube, I'll always get comments like that.

Ethan then texted me.

E: How's it going? Have you checked the comments or anything?

Y/n: yeah, there's a lot of bad ones but it's ok:)

Y/n: I'm not going to let them get to me obviously

E: that's good :) I'll be there soon ok?

Y/n: ok drive safe !!

I sighed, and smiled at my phone.

I'm going to take a break from looking at comments.

I laid down, and took a nap until Ethan got home.
