April's P.O.V
R-r-ring-ring-ring
"Ugh!"
No, it's not my phone ringing, but I do have my alarms set on my phone.
No, it's not my alarm clock either; it's an actual bell. Why would a bell be rung in a college Apartment building, you ask?
First of all, 'cause in Lyttleton College, everything is possible. That, and Angelina Gray thought it was a smart idea to bring a bell and ring it way too early in the morning.
So annoying.
I sit up in my bed and grab my phone from where it was charging by the lamp stand and check the time.
It's 4:00.
In the morning? You've got to be kidding.Someone needs to stop Angelina Ballerina from getting up whatever time she gets up.
Does she even sleep?
This is so frustrating!I have to go back to sleep, but it would be 7AM pretty soon, and that's the time for my first class.
So, I get up to my Laptop on my Table, and switch it on.
Nicole was still asleep.
How she could sleep through all that, I didn't know.
It's weird though, she usually got up before I did.I shrugged it off with a theory that she was probably programmed to wake up sometime around 4 or 5.
I input my password and then just go straight to my E-mails.
Just yesterday, I had booked a flight to Chicago, so I was now checking to see if I had gotten any message back.
We were leaving for our Easter Break in the Next Week and I had booked my flight this early so I wouldn't have to run into any difficulties by then, or at least that's what Daddy said.
Mr. Hawkins (Dad) really liked everything well organized. He owned The J.H. Corp back in Chicago. The business is really doing well, and last I heard, our Neighbour; Mr. Nate was working in the Company as the Company's Sales Manager.
I had moved to Los Angeles three years ago, after graduating from High school. Our graduation day had been teary, really teary.
People were crying 'cause their friends would be going far away, some were crying because they were so happy to have left McPherson High. Some people were crying because they were going to miss the school; I found that one silly, and that says something because some people were crying just because others were crying.
Choosing Lyttleton College was just a breeze. I mean, it meant going to California, and I'm up for that any day.
Los Angeles, California is really cool and really populous, like, I could probably run into Adam Levine, or Miley Cyrus, or oooo Iggy Azalea one day.
When I'm not too busy at school, I could visit San Francisco, San Diego, or even Vegas.
But for now, I'm just gonna stick to finding my way around L.A on my own.I check my time on my phone...
Shit! It's 6:30 already
"Huhn" I shrug.
I guess I was too busy on Instagram.
I didn't even notice when Nicole got up. I have less than 30 minutes to get ready.*******
"I'm so sorry, Sir" I breathe out as Mr. Dobbs acknowledges me with a disapproving shake of the head. "On the bright side, I was up really early today."
I say like it'd make things better and I earn a laugh from Lane, and I turn to give him the stink-eye, which only causes him to laugh more.
"Miss. Hawkins, please just move to your seat." Mr. Dobbs says and I hurry off to where Lane is. I give him a light punch to the arm as I take my seat beside him.
