Henrietta's P.O.V
"Who the fuck is this?" Madison Henderson glares at me, and I gulp
"Guys" Romeo starts "Meet Henrietta" He smiles and they all stare at me quietly for a moment.
I swallow hard.
"Hi" I manage to squeak out
Archie Peters gets up from his place on the ground and walks over to me.
Once he's in front of me he grins, and I feel my knees go weak.
It's the smile. The one everyone's been talking about
"Hey, Henrietta. I'm Archie" He offers a hand for me to shake, and I nod before shaking his hand.
Patricia comes up behind him and smiles at me.
"You're that badass girl in my Biology class" She grins, and my eyes widen
I'm what?
"You're really pretty up close. I'm Patricia" She smiles "Don't call me Patty or Patrick, just Pat" She laughs, and I can't help but join in.
"Harrison" Someone calls out, and my face immediately sours
"Rivera" I scowl at Ethan, and he chuckles
"C'mon. No need to be like that" He laughs, and I just roll my eyes
"You two know each other?" A deep voice asks.
I turn to see Aaron looking up at me from the ground, and I blink
"Yeah- Well, something like that" I tell him, and he nods
"I'm Aaron, by the way" He says nonchalantly. But what's in my head is the fact that I need all their pictures
"No fucking away" Maddie growls when she sees all eyes on her expecting her to welcome nicely
"Hey, Madison" I smile and watch Archie and Ethan's eyes widen
"Excuse me?" She raises a perfect brow at me and Patricia laughs
"Romeo?" Patricia smirks at Romeo, and he laughs in reply before looking at me.
"Okay, fine. Cut" He laughs and I raise a brow as Madison, Archie, and Patricia join him
Is there something I'm missing here?
"Her face when she came in-" Maddie laughs, and I feel my head hurt from all the gears quaking and squawking in my head
"Hey, Girl" She drags, walking up to me "I'm sorry. My friends are helping me practice for a big show in a few Months, so, it's like a tradition to do stuff like that to anyone we meet" She smiles
"And since you're at the hideout, you're a friend of a friend, and therefore our friend. So, no hard feelings, right?" She grins cheekily
"Oh" I simply say.
I guess that makes sense.
I turn to Romeo and glare at him. He catches my glare and shudders.
That's right
"Come, sit beside me" Maddie tells me, and I cautiously walk over to her as she creates space for me
"So, tell me..." She starts as I sit "How did I do?" She asks hopefully
"Well, to be honest, I don't know which is the act; this one or the first one" I admit with a shrug, and her eyes go wide
"That good?" She grins largely at me, and now my eyes grow wide
"Ooo. I really wish I could hug you now" Maddie grins at me, and I freeze
"What?" I ask in alarm
"I won't. Don't worry" She tries to assure me, but that's not what I'm worried about at that moment.
