University is a tough place to navigate, much less figure out what you're going to be doing after you earn that diploma. But with a few interesting run-ins and a quaint cafe, who knows where the twist and turns of life will bring you.

It seemed like this day would never come. You stood outside of the school building with your diploma in hand, finalizing the end of your high school career. You stood near your family, taking the mandatory family graduation photo that your mother had insisted on. Even though the year before you had just taken one for your brother, Sugawara Koushi's graduation. Your older brother stood by you with his arm around your shoulders smiling happily at the camera for your mother. The two of you were not only close in age, but had a close relationship too. Everyone could easily tell that you two were related because you shared the same iconic ash-silver hair and the beauty mark under your left eye. You two looked so similar many thought you were twins.
The both of you grew up playing volleyball together and often attended the same schools since it was more convenient. Unlike Koushi, you decided to quit volleyball when you entered high school. You wanted to be a little more relaxed and focused on your studies. But boy were you wrong. The first day of your first year, you ended up meeting Tanaka Ryunosuke and Nishinoya Yu. They were practically glued to you since you had elegant features and a cute personality that they instantly adored.
So of course, when they went to their first volleyball practice and spotted your brother, they practically dragged you into the gym. For one, they wanted to confirm if you two were siblings. Secondly, to see if you could be the manager of the team. Volleyball was your life, up until the beginning of high school, so you were more than happy to agree. You'd be on the sidelines and able to relax on one hand and on the other you could still be around the sport you loved.
You looked up at Koushi, his face plastered with a proud smile as he ruffled your hair gently, "Congrats, (y/n)-chan!"
You opened your mouth to say your thanks, but was cut off by a sudden yell. You turned your attention to see Noya and Tanaka bounding towards you with their arms holding up their diplomas.
"(y/n)!!!!"
You laughed as you saw them running towards you. They ended up being your best friends in high school along with the rest of the volleyball boys in your year. You braced yourself to be tackled in a hug by the energetic boys, but luckily, Ennoshita had walked in front of you to protect you from getting pummeled.
"Oi!! You can't just tackle her! You'll crush her!" The boy scolded the two, whacking them on their heads.
"Chikara~!" you jumped on to his back and hugged him tightly from behind, "My hero!" you teased.
The boy only shook his head and lightly smacked the top of your head with his diploma, "Just because I saved you, doesn't mean you can attack me."
Koushi only laughed as he watched all of you interact. All of the members of the volleyball club in your year were a tight-knit group. He was thankful that even after he left, he knew his little sister would be taken cared of.
