Perfect Partners (drarry soulmates)

Part 7

Draco's POV

I lay in bed trying to fall asleep, but for some reason I'm wide awake. Which is weird because I yawned like two hundred times today, it's probably because of the nap I took during class.

I finally give up on getting rest, and decide to go for a walk. I know a secret path I can walk down in peace, without anyone knowing.

My mind goes back to the "he" that is imprinted on my neck. Luckily my collar hides it for the most part, so I think no one saw it. Oh right, now I have to do that cheesy coming out thing or whatever.

Honestly I don't really want to do that, I guess I'll wait on till I know who my soulmate is. If I'm gonna date a bloke he better be cute!

A part of me clings onto the idea of dating a girl though, I mean my dad isn't gonna be particularly happy with me being gay (or bi). And with "isn't gonna be particularly happy", I mean he's going to be super disappointed.

To my surprise I see that someone else has found my secret pathway, there's a boy staring out of a big window. I can tell by his messy black hair that it's Potter, deciding to take a risk I approach him.

Harry's POV

I feel my eyelids becoming heavy, but it's probably not the best idea to fall asleep in a hallway. I'm just about to walk back when I hear footsteps coming from behind me,
"What are you looking at?"
a voice speaks. it's Malfoy, I wonder what he's doing here.
"Nothing, I should get back."
"Nice tattoo," Malfoy says pointing to my arm
"is it an M or a W?"
"That's what I'm trying to figure out."

I look at the letter, trying to get some kind of hint as to what what it is.
"You know there's a potion for it, you know that right."
He says breaking the seconds of silence I created.
"I potion for what?"
I'm getting annoyed by his vagueness, and I'm also getting more tired by the minute.

"There's this potion, i heard of it once. Apparently it can give you more hints, I think you need like nightshade to make it."
I let out a big yawn and sleepily tell Malfoy that I'm going to bed, he looks a bit concerned.
I wonder what that's about.

"Potter!"
"Wake up already i haven't got all day."
I see a clearly annoyed Malfoy standing beside my bed, wait. This isn't my bed!
"What, why am I in the slytherin dorm."
I say still sleepy, and also very confused.
"Because you bloody fell asleep on the floor yesterday, I had to carry you here."
I sit up and check if any of his roommates are awake.
"Now don't worry I didn't sleep in the same bed as you, I slept on the extra mattress we have here. But you were surprisingly heavy."

It appears to be really early, I'm assuming to make sure I can sneak out unseen.
