He was notified that someone used the reincarnation plant. He doesn't know who but he's sure that he is related to the person.

After what happened, he decided to avoid other immortals even Cheng yu. He will only go out of his palace if it's urgent or if his father called him.

He was traumatized because of what happened to his child and Dong Hua. He felt like he's the reason why everything fell apart.

He does not want Si Ming and Cheng Yu be in danger because of him. So he shut himself and told the guards not to let anyone it.

It created different rumors. Some says that he's hiding a beauty inside his palace. Some says that he's ill. Some says that he was punished by his father. But nothing of these rumors are true.

After almost a year, he popped up from nowhere and surprised Cheng yu.

"Cheng yu!" He shouted.

"Lian song? What happened to you?" She worriedly asked him.

"I went into seclusion." He said. Nahh! That's not true!

"Ah, so it's true. Si Ming had been visiting your mansion but the guards told him that you're not in there." - Cheng yu

"Did you miss me?" He asked her.

"Are you crazy?" She asked in return.

"I am... crazy for you." He bluffed.

"You haven't changed a bit. Still have ways to trick me." She said in an irritated tone.

"Days from now will be your birthday, right?" He suddenly asked her.

"And what about it?" She rolled her eyes.

"I have a gift for you. I made it while I was in seclusion. I'll give it to you next time."

After telling her his plan, he left without bidding goodbye.

Cheng yu was left at Jade pool. She finished her duties and decided to watch story-telling at Ying Palace. The story was about an immortal who fell in love with a mortal. He always visits her wife in the mortal realm whenever he has time.

The story continued and made Cheng Yu curious because these stories are often based on real life. She asked her seatmates if they know the person whom the storyteller was referring to.

"Who is the immortal?" She asked them.

"You really don't know?" They answered.

"Unfortunately." She replied.

"It was Third Prince Lian Song. I thought you were close?" An immortal at her front interfered.

"L-lian song???" She can't believe what they said.

"Yes. The reason why he's not in his palace was because he was in the mortal realm for his wife." They answered.

She stood up and tried to complete the puzzles on her mind.

"Right. He clearly told me that he went to seclusion. Does that mean---" She was talking to herself.

"lord cheng yu, who are you talking to?" Si Ming interrupted.

"I—I.. Si Ming, is that true? I heard the immortals saying that Lian Song has a beauty in the mortal realm." She looked excited.

"It is. I clearly saw him with the woman. She's a beauty." He answered. "Why don't you follow him in the mortal realm? Heard he'll be going to attend an exhibition there."
