She went to Si Ming's mansion to ask why Lian Song became weak.

"What did you say?" Si Ming asked her for clarification.

"He was pestering me, so I grabbed his shoulders and threw him on the ground. I didn't mean to hurt him like that. But I was shocked when he vomited blood." Cheng yu explained.

"You shouldn't have done that. Stay here. I'll visit him." Si Ming left her at his mansion.

He immediately went to Yuan Ji palace to check Lian Song's condition.

"My lord, I heard what happened. How's your health?" Si Ming asked him.

"I'm fine. She applied too much force, and it caught me off guard." He replied.

"My body's getting weak day by day. I don't know why." Lian Song added.

"I'll call the physician. Let him check you." Si Ming suggested.

"No, I don't want the immortals to spread rumors about my health. I should take cautions for now." He answered.

"I'll be leaving tomorrow. Just need to watch the exhibitions in the mortal realm." He added.

It was the day of exhibition in the mortal realm. He dressed like an ordinary man to avoid suspicion.

He went directly to the bar she used to own. It looks different, even the interior design was changed. Well, it was because of him. He paid the new owner to change everything so Cheng yu won't remember the place if ever she visits the mortal realm.

But when she reached the destination where lian song stays, she didn't see anyone enter the room nor see him leave.

"Now, he's talking to somebody." She peeped on a hole to see the person he's speaking with.

She wondered why it feels like he was talking to her. When she looked back, she was shocked to see him standing at her back.

"Lian song.." – cheng yu

"Why are you here?" – lian song

She nodded.

"The immortals kept on telling me that you have a wife here in the mortal realm and they wanted me to confirm it." – cheng yu

They made a promise with each other. Since they met before because of that exhibition, they promise to always watch it together. But she failed to remember their promise.

"From now on, we will always watch the exhibition together. Promise me." She said.

After the exhibition, he told her the truth.
