Arthit caressed April's hair who was lying on his lap. He had come to see his daughter at the hospital after Kongpob had called him, crying over the phone about what happened. Just the thought of it brought rage in him.

April had cried in his arms mumbling thousand sorry to him even though he told her that it was okay. Her energy drained out after crying that she slept in his arms.

Arthit stared towards Kongpob who was taking tea for him which the younger had brought in a flask. He watched as Kongpob stir the tea and then walk towards him.

Kongpob looked at Arthit and asked him to move. Arthit nodded his head understanding as he slowly slipped out from the bed, keeping a pillow under April's head he walked towards the mini sofa in the room.

Kongpob handed Arthit his tea and sat beside him. They hadn't talked ever since Arthit came into the room. Kongpob had watched as April cry over her dad's shoulder and it made him both happy and sad. Happy that her dad was here now and sad that she had to go through all of this without her own mom not beside him.

"I'm sorry P."

Arthit was shocked when he heard Kongpob's words. He looked at Kongpob and saw that the latter had tears in his eyes.

Arthit placed the teacup on the table before he took Kongpob's hand in his and caressed it, giving it a small squeeze.

"Kong, please stop saying sorry to me. If anything, I should be the one who should be saying sorry to you," Arthit gave a shy smile.

"Instead of trying to confront you I tried to be away from you the past three weeks. I'm sorry about that. And please don't blame yourself Kong," Arthit stretched his hand forward, placing it on Kongpob's cheek he rubbed his thumb over the soft skin.

Kongpob sobbed, tears falling free from his eyes.

"I couldn't protect our daughter, P'Arthit. I couldn't protect her. I'm the worst mother. I...I failed her, P."

Arthit pulled Kongpob into a hug. He wrapped his arms around the latter protectively as he let him cry on his shoulder.

"No you didn't. You're not a bad mom Kong. You tried to give her a normal life and you didn't have any clue that Simon was doing things like this. Don't blame yourself, Kong."

Arthit slowly pushed Kongpob from the hug and cupped his face. He wiped the tears from Kongpob's eyes as the younger tried to calm himself.

"I love you, Kong."

Kongpob shivered.

"Don't hurt yourself like this, Kong. You've suffered too much. Now, you're here with me right? You know what is the truth so stop blaming yourself. I love you so much, Kong that I don't want to hurt you anymore."

The alpha's intimate voice send shivers down Kongpob's body. Those three words that he had always heard were full of fakeness or filled with psychic emotions, but this, those three words coming from Arthit's mouth made him feel like he's the most precious thing in the world and that true love really do exist.

"I...I love you too, P'Arthit," Kongpob gave a smile for the first time over past three weeks to Arthit.

Arthit's eyes widened. He didn't except Kongpob to say those words to him, after all not soo soon.

Arthit smiles widely, showing his dimples making Kongpob smile wider. Arthit pressed a kiss on Kongpob's forehead, full of love and respect.

The two stared at each other. Eyes filled with love and happiness. They couldn't stop giving smiles to each other.
