CHAPTER 28

"It's a boy!" Priya exclaimed excitedly.

Arthit felt the air from his lungs stop in his throat, his lips parted and his eyes shined with unshed tears. He didn't even notice that he was staring at the 4D ultrasound machine for a long time.

"He's malfunctioning," Priya commented making Kongpob let out a chuckle as he watched his husband slowly turn his head towards him.

"I don't know what to say," Arthit breathed. Everything was new to him.

Kongpob placed a hand on his husband's which was on his forehead, "Just feel it P, no need for words."

Priya smiled seeing the couple share their moment.

"Talk something to your Simba, we might get some reaction," Priya said to the two.

"You go first P," Kongpob nudged his husband. Sure they used to talk to the little one inside. Ever since they knew that a little being was growing inside Arthit always talked to their baby Simba inside. Always kissed Kongpob's belly before going to sleep and after waking up in the morning.

Arthit gulped before he softly touched the side of Kongpob's belly, "Hey my dear Simba...Dad loves you."

"He's smiling!" Priya squealed as she took a picture suddenly.

"He has a dimple!" Kongpob pointed out, he could feel little Simba kick him.

"He looks so much like you, Kong." Arthit smiled as he stared at the monitor.

"He's a little Kong with your dimples Arthit," Priya giggled.

Kongpob smiled, he caressed his bump and he smiled wider when the baby kicked him.

"I love you," Arthit kissed Kongpob's forehead.

"I love you too, P'Arthit."

"This is a lot!" Kongpob gasped as he saw the gifts displayed on the two large tables in the garden.

"Guess we don't have to buy anything," Arthit shrugged.

"Thank you so much guys, this means a lot." Kongpob bites his lips to control himself from tearing up. He has been more emotional these days.

"Only the best for our prince!" Bright crossed his fingers making everyone chuckle.

Arthit pulled Kongpob closer to him, all the wishes and happiness all their friends and family members were giving them means a lot to them. They decided to conduct a small baby shower after they got to know the gender of the baby. It only consisted of their close family members and friends. Even Arthit's aunt and uncle came from Vietnam to attend the small party they arranged.

"Really, we're soo happy for you guys." Aim smiled, his hand over May's waist as he smiled at the couple in front of them.

"Good that things have settled now, we're really glad that you guys are happy. We have seen you both go through this all and now there's a new addition to the family too, what more do we need." Tew smiled.

Kongpob couldn't help the tears that fell from his eyes. He knows how supportive all of them have been for him. There were times it was hard for Kong and his seniors and friends were there with him along with his husband and daughter.

"Don't cry, Kong." Mia smoothed her son's shoulder who was already leaning in his husband's chest.

"I can't help it!" Kongpob let out a frustrated sigh between his sobs making everyone share a laugh.
