Kongpob groaned, his head was aching, throat becoming dry. He coughed, trying to open his eyes in the process.
"Mom! Mom! Wake up! Mom!"
Kongpob felt as if the world was spinning around him as he opened his eyes. He could hear April's voice but he couldn't make out from where it came from.
"April..." Kongpob mumbled. He blinked his eyes, his vision becoming clear in the process.
Kongpob tried to move his hands but he couldn't, his eyes opened wide as he looked at his hands which were tied onto the hands of the chair.
Kongpob tried to wiggle out, his hands hurting in the process.
"Mom! Please stop hurting your hands."
Kongpob looked up at the source of the voice.
His eyes widened as he saw his daughter tied on to a chair a few feets away from him. He could see blood from the corner of her lips and marks of fingers on her cheek.
"April! My baby! What happened to you!?" Kongpob asked panicked. He wanted to rush towards her and hold her cheeks in his palms and wipe those tears that run down her cheeks.
"I'm okay, Mom. Please don't worry about me. How did you get here?" April asked she thought Arthit would protect him and wouldn't let Kongpob get kidnapped like her.
Kongpob went quiet for a minute, trying to remember what happened to him. Memories soon flashed into his mind, he started cursing himself for his actions. Now he has started to blame himself for giving more pressure to Arthit.
"I...I wanted to have some fresh air. We couldn't track where you were, almost 6 hours passed without any information without you. I...I couldn't handle the pressure. I was soo scared. I wanted to clear my mind so I walked through our garden," a sniffle escaped his lips.
"I don't know how but suddenly there was someone behind me and when I tried to turn around he pressed a cloth on my nose and well, I blacked out."
April watched her mom's eyes pooling with tears. She knows exactly what her mom is thinking now.
"Mom, please don't blame yourself. You didn't mean to do anything," April tried to reason.
"Woh, woh! Let's see who's here! Wow, my ex-husband! What a wonderful sight!"
April and Kongpob turned their head towards the source of the voice to see Simon walking towards them with a smug smile on his face.
Kongpob's expression hardened as he saw Simon. His eyes filled in disgust.
"Untie me now Simon!" Kongpob shouted.
Simon laughed, "Where is your respect, Kong? Call me P."
Kongpob scoffed, "You already lost the respect I had for you a long time ago, Simon."
"Oh, feisty. Aren't you?" Simon walked towards Kongpob and caressed his lips with his finger.
"Don't touch me you bastard!" Kongpob growled pulling his head away from Simon's touch.
Simon glared at Kongpob. He slapped across the younger's face making Kongpob's head dizzy.
"Mom!" April screamed.
Simon took Kongpob's face in his palm and pressed his fingers against Kongpob's cheeks.
"Don't raise your voice, omega!!!! You're just an omega! Don't you dare stand up against an alpha like me!" Simon growled in his alpha voice.
