We all humans feel a lot of emotions by each passing second, for instance, happy when you see someone you wanted to see the whole day, but disappointment starts seeping through your body when you see that one person who was not meant to cross your path, say for next million years.

The human mind and heart don't go same way, when a person sees the most hateful person of their life, their mind and heart gets into war saying two different things at same time. Usually your mind goes for doing some cruel things or saying most hurtful words but most of the time your mind goes either blind with rage or completely blank;

blank because your little mind didn't anticipate the presence of seeing that person and till your mind decides on what to do with the situation, that guy has already passed you without noticing, you are still reeling on what just happened.

The person opposite you was sure that you were surely going to ignore him/her given your previous history. But what about your mind which just wants to scream very badly and just burning with rage. In situation like this most of people like to act on their instincts some try to remain calm and completely ignore the moment but some destroy both parties' serenity and peace of mind.

Is it really a good thing to dig up a past things just because you happen to cross paths with that person?

Is it really worth to worth disturb yours and their peace of mind for say few days?

What could possibly go wrong, they could get disturbed for few hours or say one whole day, but not more than that. They would get disturbed only if their conscience has been digging their soul ever since they saw that person, but in other scenario;

to say in present lifestyle people have forgotten what it is even being guilty. They just think it was right in that moment but not thinking about their surroundings that could suffer because of their stupidity or to put in their words "I was just acting upon my rage" was really worth?

Who got disturbed actually and who actually paid the price?

So to sum it all up don't just blindly act on your rage or anger, try to think atleast for two seconds is it really what you would do in a normal sane situation.

Yes, anger can be the worst feeling because in that rage you wouldn't even know what you are doing. Because your mind will be fully wrapped with anger, fury which make your mink think everything is right when it is wrong from every other angle. You just need to take deep breath through your nose and exhale it from mouth. Just do this three times with your eyes closed, this will surely help in your anger to slow down a bit.

Sometimes even the most calm person also looses his/her temper as they are the only kind of people who control their emotions at every given situation, which leads to their sudden outburst one fine day when they have had enough of this world. This kind of anger is the worst as they can cause pretty good damage to themselves and others around them. They have so much pain, hurt and anger filled inside them which just bursts one day with hatred towards everyone which makes everyone vanish into thin air.

Anger is such an emotion that makes human's mind blank with the sudden gushing feeling that is only making you to do something very violent. But there are also the other type of persons who deal with anger in completely different manner.

SILENCE.

They say if silence is used as a weapon, then it can be the most dangerous than the spoken words. When silence is used by a person after anger coming through them, then think it as your loss and also a threat for your near future. You see silence and listening are known as the most dangerous weapons in world.

When a person gets angry, he listens, he listens to your words very keenly and then opts for their age old tradition "Silence". This will cost any person opposite to them. When you are angry, silence usually makes the person to collect all of their thoughts instead of letting it out which sometimes is not a very good option in my opinion, but we cannot do anything about that because every other person has their own way of handling anger. As some go for cursing the person back and moon, some go for physical assault, somme go for physical harm on themselves where as some go for revenge planning.

Only very few people are smart enough to wait for Karma to do its work on that person. As we have heard it Karma is a bitch and it runs in a cycle, if the anger is right in that moment to be placed then it won't be back on you in some other person's anger. Sometimes humans tend to be, say over dramatic. They react too much, because some are naturally very sensitive in terms of anger, one small thing ticks them off. They are so short-tempered that even continuous ticking of a clock infuriates them.

You see these type of humans need anger management therapy like seriously. Because we can never say how a huamn's mind works, like sometimes angel and sometimes devil. If we go by psychological way, then anger issues can lead to several mental disorders.

Anger can trigger 'Bipolar personality disorder' or even 'Multiple pesrsonality disorder'.

In psychological, any kind of emotion that can go to extreme and dull down to zero leads to mental disorder. So you just need to keep it at bay, stable. You see a little of happiness, a little of sadness, a little of craziness/ fun, a little of laziness etc., all these ingredients makes one hell of a dish called "Life". And that is just how you need to make it to work. Yes, a bit difficult?

Okay, very difficult but not impossible, I'm damn sure about that.

Anger when it comes try to reason out of it, first thing to do is stay away from the source and everyone because you see your mouth when in anger just doesn't use any filter and that is going to be one hell of a disaster later on. Just stay away from everyone, if you need to lock yourself up in your room do it. Singing, dancing, screaming your lungs out, letting the steam off by sketching, or by working out or by binge eating. Do something that will just take your mind off it. Anger usually stays for however long you want to keep it, if you are thinking about it, it'll turn into whole other major event. Thinking about the event only aggravates madness that will make you do things or even say which is not to be said.

You need to let it go at some point, a person can never live with anger on his mind 24*7 it'll do two of things, that is, his /her surroundings will start to vanish/ damage or he will start to damage himself. Anger always works on both sides guys, if it affects you it has surely brought about some relief to the opposite person and remember, if releasing your anger on others brings you relief, calmness, if you have a God damn smile on your face then believe me you are already on your way to destruction. Never let your anger get to your mind.

Best way to get through this is Meditation. And I'm telling you this it'll help specially to those who have anger issues. Start with simple because meditation is not everybody's cup of tea but that doesn't mean you are not able to do it. Meditation means to embrace your mind and see yourself in a neutral place where your mind shows all your mind's good and bad aspects. You just need to focus on your mind and yourself. If it gets too much, break out, pause for few minutes after that if you are good to go then so be it. But if you cannot then its fine lets try tomorrow, its not like Earth has only one day to itself.

Atlast, my advice would be try to keep it down, I mean your anger. Guys life means ups and downs that means it has it's fine share of happy and sad moments which also includes anger. Life tries to frustrate you as much as possibel but you just have to do one simple thing, smile and take it like a champ because you were born in this world with some meaning to your life for sure or God wouldn't have given you the human life, it could be any like, animal, insect, plants, flowers etc., but he particularly gave you a huamn life because he wants you to experience something in this life, so till then you just have to explore. Life will give you opportunites to scream at it, but instead give silence to it, it'll surely irritate it.
