In childhood, mothers always tell their children "eat now or I'll call the monster", "sleep now or the monster will come" etc., they always frighten the kids just to make sure they do the said work. Yes, mothers would do that or they still do maybe, its because they will understand what limits mean. A small kid's conscience is that if I don't eat it then a scary monster will come to eat him which results in the kid eating the food.

You see here, now there can be two scenarios considered from the above event, as the kid overcomes the fear and they just don't care about that monster at all but some kids do get really scared about this. They are simply afraid of these monsters for so long.

We humans fear many things, it doesn't need to be figurerative things but other than figures there are so many things that doesn'ot have shape and size but still you fear them a lot. Like fearing as in you get panic attacks thinking about being near them. It disgusts you to such an extent that you just want to vanish. Period.

Human beings have fear or anxiety arising in them when they see, listen or feel that object hear them. It may be called as somewhat fear but it is pyschologically called as Phobia. A fear where many people develop towards certain objects, feelings, animals, place, person etc., It could be differentiated to anything and everything. Phobia again totally comes under psychiatry. Yes, it is usually explained as , again not going to go all psychiatrist on you, but it is a kind of fear created by kind of object, place etc., it may not exactly be your fear but anxiousness of getting there or feeling that you can never go to that place again.

Phobia, might be related to any kind of traumatic childhood experience that in later years turns into either phobia or unexplained fear towards that object. This fear usually will be connected to one or the other emotions that you have gone through, it doesn't need to be very traumatic but still is enough to leave a scar in your brain which instantly registers it as a fearful memory or past. Then on you usually get frightened talking about it or getting near that thing. Some people don't have much fear about those things, anxious? maybe , but fear no. To say phobia, cannot be said as fear directly but can be explained as a type of fear, which scares you off very easily due to certain unexplained experience you went through and also main thing is that you don't remember what actually had caused this phobia's birth in you.

But fear is very different from any other anxious feelings. Fear makes you weak or inversely strong, to outer world you have surely overcome that fear but inside, your soul is still same as wary of that feara. You just tend to ignore or avoid anything related tht or you just don't talk about it. Fear can be very distracting and very scary feeling to begin with. Fear towards anything can distract and distort to any level. It depends on your mind, how well it copes with it. If your mind wants to overcome that fear then it will surely fight against it, But fewer times things just don't become any better as you try and try but still find yourself in situations that makes you still more fearful of that object or person.

Fear needs to be overcome by your mind as if it takes anymore control on your mind then you'll never be able to achieve anything as fear will never let you move from your current position of life. It is the fear in your mind that makes you believe completely that one step out of this cage then the danger is right there which prevents you from doing any action or even thinking of going out of there. Maybe sometimes you will be successful to escape this hell-hole. You are running, sprinting away from that object/ place/person trying to find a surrounding, atmosphere to feel safe, secure for once in their life. But the survival will make them into such a hard-core person that everyone annd anyone coming in contact with them will always feel the tall and high walls surrounding them which is very difficult to break. Yes, it is because life has taught them if you let your fear take over your mind then you'll only see yourself on the edge of cliff, but you actually dare to jump off the cliff into the water surviving yourself by constant swimming, keeping yourself on board trying to win.

It is very few people who actually win over their fear by taking a risk of lifetime, with only thought of,

" Do or Die". But it needs courage even to take that one step. It doesn't need to be instant, it can take years but still when you take that one step, it will be more than worth it.

Everything is in your head, it calculates on what if? or what if not?

When people think of what if? then either they achieve something good out of it or bad. It all depends on you and your desire to end the fear or let it grow till your last breath. Fear when givven encouragement only burns you to ashes but if you keep it burning then you will see the success that comes after it. Yes, it is very scary, I mean the first step you want to take away from fear is very tough but not impossible like I always think if there is suffice to any word of 'im' then we can possibly think positive about it. There is certain catch to "fear" as it will make the person work in both ways. It needs maybe slow but tactic way to handle it. People need to understand it that fear can be very weakening and negative emotion if not tackled with it for long time.

You guys, need to undersatnd one thing if any type or kind of fear may it be tiny or huge part of fear towards person/ place/object; tackle it, sort it through baby steps by going against it. For instance, if you have fear of heights go to your home's terrace or your apartment building's terrace, daily stand there for at least say 5 minutes looking down now and then, do this daily but when you feel like you are getting better then make it more than 5 mins time. Same goes with other of your fears try to overcome by any way you can find, fight it, sort it out. Because like I said your emotional mind is way too stronger than you think of , it is not just about emotions, it holds up the whole equilibrium of your life's existence.

So keep your equilibrium intact I'm not saying that it won't get tampered, it'll but that is a temporary tampering. People after every storm there will again come silence, so after every destruction there will be too many damages to the place here and there but it'll not be huge and matter if you won't let it matter. Try to matter aid to the damages happened and fix yourself up maybe you will need someone's help then take it if you have to in that moment because sometimes helping hand teaches them a lot about overcoming it. So try to overcome it, step-by-step. Keep smiling guys not because you have to because you are feeling the happiness from inside. Keep your minds out of loop guys, try to find fun even in distressed situations. Be strong, be kind, be honest, be playful at last but not the least be healthy mentally.
