His eyes blazing with a rare fire. His grasp on her hand was tight enough to leave a bruise, his sword inches away from her neck.
"Where are you trying to go, my love?" he whispered dangerously in her ears
She gulped nerv...
"It's just Taresh decided to become an explorer and explore the palace" said Piara "Ok" said Lavanya "Why do you not go well with Kayna " asked Lavanya
" I asked him to find his soulmate and he ended up with her , to tell the truth I was really welcoming her thinking that he found his love" said Piara
"Then what happened " asked Lavanya "What could happen , she wasn't the one and her behavior would be the perfect example of Obnoxious " Said Piara and Lavanya started laughing
"I could atleast bring a smile in your face" said Piara with a smile and Lavanya hugged her . " Piara promise this will be between us" said Lavanya
"I promise " said Piara "Kayna kind of threatened me at the wedding " said Lavanya "What" said Piara
"She told me to stay away from king Harsh " said Lavanya "I think you will agree to that happily"said Piara and she nodded
"Why do you address him by his first name and her with his position too" asked Lavanya "I'm his best friend and others are his souvenir wives" said Piara
"You are queen of them too" said Lavanya and Piara smiled "You are the queen and others aren't" asked Lavanya " you know the story right , promise don't tell anyone " said Piara
"I promise " said Lavanya " all of the others are dumb beauties" said Piara "Why" asked Lavanya
"I'll say remaining Kayna and about others in upcoming days now get some sleep" said Piara "Ok" Said Lavanya
At last Lavanya fell into darkness and so did Piara . Lavanya had a dream , more like a nightmare of Drishti turning into ashes slowly . She could not get out of the dream and she was scared . She heard sounds of anklets coming towards and felt someone holding her tight. She tried again to open her eyes and she was successful this time . She was lying in the hands of Piara and she was hugging her tight.
"What happened Lavanya " asked Piara " just a nightmare" said Lavanya "You were sweating a lot and struggling too" said Piara
"I just saw the dream of Drishti di walking into the fire" said Lavanya and Piara hugged Lavanya tight " it's okay , I'm here" said Piara "I miss her a lot " said Lavanya in the verge of tears
"Here I am as a replacement " said Piara and Lavanya gave her a smile "Just like her you are there for me" said Lavanya and cried in her eyes "I know i couldn't do much but I'll try to be there for you" said Piara
"You did as much as you could , thanks a lot for that " said Lavanya "Don't thank me , now getup and bath" said Piara and Lavanya gave a why face "You are drenched in sweat " said Piara
"You were serious about being like Drishti di " said Lavanya and She hugged her.
Piara went out and called the maids for Lavanya. Lavanya took a bath and she looked at her reflection. She had no idea what is happening in her life but she smiled thinking that everything is going to be alright . She went outside and saw her maids waiting for her with food . She eat her food fast , she was hungry.
" where is Piara" asked Piara " the Queen is in her Chamber' said Ashie , her maid "Can you take me to her Chambers " asked Lavanya "Yes my highness " said Kabya
Lavanya started going with them . The palace was beautiful , she couldn't roam around the palace after the escape incident . The corridors were beautifully decorated and had some beautiful things here and there . The whole palace was aesthetically pleasing. Lavanya reached Piara's room and she knocked the walls to bring Piara's attention.
" come in Lavanya " said Piara
Piara was painting and she kept the brush seeing Lavanya.
Piara's room was in the color combination of gold , green and Pink . It was beautifully decorated . She was sitting in the bed , her bed was attached to the wall decorated with shawls . Lavanya looked around in fascination.

"Is it nice " asked Piara " it's beautiful "said Lavanya " I decorated it " said Piara " it's really good " said Lavanya " I usually decorate around the palace " said Piara " that is the reason the corridors look so beautiful " said Lavanya "Thank you and I'm sorry I haven't decorated your room " said Piara "It's not a problem " said Lavanya "All of it is not expected, anyway I was painting my idea of decorating your room" said Piara
Piara showed the painting and Lavanya was spell bound
" it's so beautiful " said Lavanya " thank you , please do say if you want any changes" said Piara " it's so perfect " said Lavanya " I have a thing for you " said Piara Piara stood from the bed and went towards her drawers , she opened it and took a box from the drawer and walked towards Lavanya . She opened and showed to bangles to Lavanya.

" how's it " asked Piara " beautiful " said Lavanya Piara kept the bangles back in the box and kept forward giving to Lavanya, Lavanya stood there confused. " why aren't you taking it " asked Piara and Lavanya was confused " Lavanya this is for you" said Piara "For me " asked Lavanya surprised "Your gift for doing the rituals" said Piara "I can't take this" said Lavanya "Take it if you consider me as your sister" said Piara Lavanya took the box and gave out a smile . " you are an emotional blackmailer" said Lavanya " that I am " said Piara " can you show me around the palace" said Lavanya " sure" said Piara
Piara showed Lavanya around the palace , their laughter could be heard in the corridors. They met with the other wives and their drama. Lavanya was fascinated by the beauty of the palace but did any one know something bigger was cooking in her mind . She looked around the whole palace with Piara , they talked and she enjoyed there . Her life was not going great but she felt her relaxed around Piara , Piara was like a sisters like figure in a short period of time itself
