"do you have all your stuff?" nini asked as she exited from the driver's seat and opened up the back door to help stella out.

"yes!" she replied as she clutched onto her doll while nini got her bag. the two then walked to the front door, rang the doorbell, and waited for someone to answer.

nini was looking around the neighborhood. it was a really nice one.

"nini? what are you doing here?" she could hear someone say as they opened the door. she rolled her eyes before facing them.

"hi awi!" stella greeted as she went to hug her.

"remember sweetie, it's arielle. not ari." arielle crouched down as she awkwardly hugged her back, "um come in, i guess."

nini walked in as stella went to sit on the couch to wait. "nini, can i just talk to you real quick."

nini just nodded her head, "okay. what's up?"

arielle looked around before speaking, "look, ricky might now know that stella's his daughter, but things are going to change very soon." she said as she smirked.

"wait what?"

"see ya! hey hun, come over here. let's go find your dad." arielle then said quickly as stella got up to her. the two were out of nini's sight.

"oh nini, hi!" she heard ricky say as she was about to turn and leave.

"hey. stella's with arielle right now." nini informed him as he nodded.

"thanks again. i'll drop her back off at your place tomorrow." ricky told her.

"got it." nini said as she gave him a thumbs up. "well, i better go now. don't want to be late."

ricky went to open the door for nini, "thanks again."

"you better take good care of her, bowen." nini joked.

"oh? so we're going back to last names now?" ricky joked along as nini laughed.

"sure. i'll see you tomorrow."
