I tried to zone out in the bath closing my eyes with my hair tied high but nothing worked. Mom and dad could not just shut the fuck up. I got out drying my body before slipping on shots and a tee and stormed out of the steamy bathroom slamming the door as I did so. I was tired of coming home to this shit every damn day.

"Can you keep the damn noise down" I raised my voice

"Just stay out of this diamond" my dad said

"Nah cause I'm listening to it 24/7 I have a damn right" i walked away not feeling like arguing tonight

"Just calm down" Tyler caught me by my arms

"Don't tell me to fucking calm down, they're the ones making the noise" I got out of his grip

"Please diamond just for tonight" his voice calmed down

"Why Ty why !" I asked impatiently

"Just let them argue ! You know it eventually dies down" he was right

"Fine" I piped down folding my arms

"Just chill alright" he smiled slightly

He hugged me tight and I relaxed and closed my eyes, I felt like a little kid as I was only 5'3 and he was 5'11 while kylo was like 6'1 making it even worse. Tyler was one of the only people who could calm me down even though I used to kinda be closer to kylo. You see kylo was the most quiet out of the 3 of us and of course ruby. He was shy when you first met and he wasn't that outgoing while Ty was the complete opposite and I was somewhere in the middle.

" I miss ky" I said being truthful

"We all do diamond" he let go of me looking at me

I went into my room sitting on the window ledge and began to draw. Yep I had a secret little hobby, and I was good at it. I'd basically draw everything. Even Mr August. You see I was bet at portraits and the amount I had of kylo was unreal. Suddenly my phone went off

"Hello ?" I answered confused

"Hey" he replied blankly

"Yes...?" I laughed a little

"Just bored" he sounded like a little kid

"Okay, why don't you take maria out" I suggested

"She's on this job thing for 5 months" he said

"Is chresanto all alone" I said in a kiddy voice

"Yeah he is" he laughed

"Go do something instead of calling me" I said

"I don't want to" my smile dropped as he said that

"Teachers shouldn't call their students" I said jokingly

"Good thing you ain't just my student and I ain't just your teacher" he laughed a little

"You got a girlfriend" I sighed

"So you saying if I didn't it would make a difference ?" I felt his smirk travel through the phone

"M-maybe" I said honestly

"Live a little diamond" he said quietly

"Taking risks and living are two completely different things" I lowered my voice

"I guess so" he said

"Well" I sighed

"there's a party tomorrow night, you should come with your friends" he offered

"Where is it ?" I asked curious

"92 club, you know it ?" He asked

"Yeah..who's party ?" I asked

"Some guy I knew from high school" he said

"We'll be there" I'll smile

"Wear something pretty" he hung up

I laughed a little before bringing up talia and Noah's number to text them about tomorrow. Seems like a lot of fun, I needed a little party in me.

I kinda felt a bit let down. I always find things with my girls and i already knew what I was gonna wear. I took out my phone again texting chresanto.

I rolled my eyes switching off my phone getting ready for bed. Maybe I would go. Be a bit independent for a night, it'll be good for me.

I was in the gym just running on the treadmill as usual. Man the sweat buds that was running down my body was unreal. I came here 4 days a week sometimes in the early morning sometimes in the evenings depending on what went on in the day. I had my beats around neck getting a slight headache from the blasting beat. I slowed down sitting on the side bench getting a bit of water, when I spotted this guy, I recognised him. He went to high school with me I think ? He was chres's cousin link.

"Ay link" I grinned

I was running into too many familiar faces these day damn.

"Princeton right" he smiled

Link was quite a skinny guy with tattoos covering the majority of his body. His front left tooth was gold and he had a small tattoo of a star under his right eye. Too distinctive if you ask me.

"Yeah, never knew these were your ends" I dapped him

"Nah they ain't, I'm just popping by" he shrugged picking up a couple weights

"That's cool" I nodded in agreement

"You heard from Chres ?" He asked

"Yeah, I saw him a couple days ago why ?" I shrugged getting curious

"Just wondering, me and him have some business I need to speak about" he didn't look at me

"Any business id be aware of" I joked

"You still with that noah chick ? " he looked at me from the corner of his eyes

"Yeah" I replied plainly

"Then nothing you should be worried about" he smirked walking away

I decided to leave it there not wanting to get in to business with link, he was bad news in the worst form I tied my hair up high in a little bun deciding I was over heating before continuing for another half hour and deciding to leave and just chill for the rest of the evening since we'd be having a big night tomorrow's.
