Jennie sighed softly as she closed her locker, a familiar blonde already standing next to her with a small smile on her lips.

"Yes, Lisa?"

"Go on a date with me."

Jennie felt like she choked on air, coughing softly and pushing Lisa's hand away as the blonde attempted to pat her back.

"What?" Jennie managed to choke out as her coughing fit slowly died down.

"Will you go on a date with me? A real one?" Lisa smiled slightly, her fingers anxiously fiddling with each other.

"This seems familiar, huh?" Jennie shook her head and awkwardly rubbed her arm. "You asked me the same way for that bet."

"This one doesn't have a bet forcing me. I'm doing this on my own. Please? If you don't like it then you can cut me off completely, I'll even take you home if you don't like the date even if it had barely started, I just want a chance, I know I don't deserve it because I was a massive asshole but I'm trying my best to make things right—"

"Yes."

"And I swear it won't be that bad—did you say yes?" Lisa bit back a smile as she looked down at the smaller girl who giggled softly.

"You know where I live, pick me up at 6." Jennie smiled slightly, patting Lisa's shoulder before walking past her.

Lisa smiled to herself before heading to class.

"A park?" Jennie smiled slightly as she made her way over to one of the swings, taking a seat on it before gently rocking himself. "This is what you decided on?"

Lisa smiled and nodded her head. "Yeah. I know it's probably a downgrade from the first date. I planned too much for that, but this one is just all me."

"Disappointing." Jennie joked, giggling softly as the taller of the two playfully glared at her.

Lisa smiled and took a seat on the swing next to her. "So, tell me about yourself. You're very locked up to yourself."

Jennie rose an eyebrow at Lisa's word choice but shrugged her shoulders. "I guess you can say that. I don't really hang around anyone but Rosie. She seems to be the only one who gets me."

Lisa nodded her head. "It seems like it. You two seem very close. How long have you known each other?"

"We've known each other for a while. I don't even know how long, it feels like ages. Is that how you feel with Jisoo and Irene?"

Lisa chuckled softly as the two were mentioned. "Yeah. But I've known them for the longest. We used to be on the women's football team when we were younger. I kicked the ball at Irene's face, gave her a bloody nose and Jisoo shoved me on the grass for it. We ended up laughing at how Irene talked and the limp I had from falling and we just got along."

"That sounds so stupid."

"It was." Lisa chuckled. "They're idiots. We're idiots. But they're like my sisters. They can do some stupid things, they have no filter, but they're my best friends."

Jennie smiled and nodded her head. There was a small silence between the two. It wasn't anything awkward or uncomfortable, it was nice.

"Lisa?"

The blonde hummed in response as she looked over at Jennie.

"Did you really mean it when you said you were sorry about the bet?"

Lisa's eyes softened as she looked at the hesitant look on Jennie's face. It was almost as if she was expecting the worst.

"I am sorry. And I mean it. I wasn't thinking. I tend to do that a lot. I don't think and do stupid things and don't realize they're stupid until it's too late. I was supposed to get the bet over with on our first date. I had everything ready but I couldn't. To be honest, I don't think I would've done the bet even if you didn't find out. I started liking being around you and I was enjoying kissing you way too much. It's so stupid because I think crushes can't be developed that fast. But with you, it just happened. And when it did, I just couldn't help but feel guilty about the initial reason I was talking to you."

Lisa bit his lip and looked away from the feline, her gaze focused on her lap. "And when you told me about your asexuality. I felt even worse. I'm sorry about what I did to you. You don't deserve it. No one does. I don't even know why you're here right now. I should've just got out of your life when you told me too. You at least deserved that."

Lisa was waiting for some sort of response, but Jennie got off the swing and stood in front for the blonde, getting slightly in between her legs. Lisa furrowed her eyebrows and blushed slightly when Jennie cupped her cheeks and made her look up at her.

"I forgive you."

Lisa smiled slightly and sighed softly as she rested her forehead against Jennie's. Jennie smiled and pecked Lisa's lips.

Lisa felt her cheeks burn as she looked up at Jennie, a small smile on her lips. "Why?"

"Not everyone deserves a second chance, you know." Jennie smiled and moved some of Lisa's messy fringes out of her face. "But I think you do."

Lisa couldn't help but smile more as she wrapped her arms around Jennie's waist. "Oh and Lis."

"Yeah?"

"I like this date better than the first one."

She did too.
