AUDREY FREEMAN

"This superhero stuff making him an asshat," I muttered as Billy used his super-speed to run to the bus.

"I agree," Freddy as we started to make our away onto the bus. "He's a douchebag," I added.

He let out a laugh, "What's funny, Frederick?"

"Nothing, it's just yesterday and today you've been used him like a hundred negative nicknames, I thought you like him?" He asked.

"Yeah-- I mean, ugh! alright, I like him but he's so mean and he's acting like a jerk to you, to us," I answered.

"Aww, you really love me that, huh?" He slightly nudges my arm. "I love you too, sis."

"Oh shut up," I only answered. Of course, I love my brother, even if I'm not vocal with it, I love him. We had each other since birth and we really become inseparable. "Oh, look, here's the starring actor."

Billy looks at us, he's smiling excitedly. "Guys! Guys! Guys! Did you see that?!" He exclaims. "Yeah! You electrocuted a bus and almost killed these people!" Freddy yelled angrily. "And then I caught it! Freddy, I caught a bus with my bared hands, man! I caught a bus like people catch flying balls, like who does that? I do that!"

"Billy! You do nothing. You take selfies and make people pay you. Is that the... superheroes right thing to do?" I said but Billy seems to ignore my comment and turns to Freddy, "Freddy, you just wish it was you!"

"No shit! Do you think? I would kill to have what you have!" Freddy said frustratedly as I stand next to him. "Because everything I do is like some attempt to get people to notice me, to not feel sorry for me. I mean, look at me! Look at me! Do you even see me? Because most people don't, because they don't want to. And, now you don't either."

Billy let out a small breath and he awkwardly looking to the side. "You think this is who you are? Billy, you're fourteen! And now, you're no better than the Breyers. All this power and all you did was turn into a show-off and a bully."

Freddy turns around, started to walk away. I look at Billy. "I really don't want to say anything cause as you said earlier, nothing nice comes out from my mouth."

"Aud---" I cut him off. "No! Do you realize how much embarrassing being recorded with your underwear sticking out from a locker? Do you even realize? Do you even appreciate the help Freddy did? He! He's the reason why you can control right your powers! But one lunchtime even five minutes, you can't come to save Freddy's ass?"

"You said you can handle it," He argues.

"Yes! I said that! I said I can handle it! But Freddy, he really waited and... I'm tired to see that those jerks bully him almost every day. When you first came here, he's the one who helped you through everything and that's the way you repay him? How could you?" I said.

"And I thought... we were really close but it turns out... it doesn't." I added.

"You're the one who gives us the silent treatment," He said.

"Yes! And for the good goddamn reason!" I said. "Enjoy the dumb thing you think that superheroes do," I said as I follow Freddy.

I heard him yelled, "Whatever, kid! I do what I want! And I'm like mid-twenties, probably! Maybe, even, like, thirty!" But we just ignored him, still walking away from him.

"D-Do you think... the thing we said is below to the belt?" Freddy asked. "Freddy, no! He deserved it! He was being an asshole."

"Thanks for sticking up to me, sis," He said, slightly pinching my arms. "Of course, that's what siblings do, right?" I chuckled.

A few moments later, we heard a loud glass breaking in one of the buildings behind us. We turned and saw, "Billy?!" We called out in unison.

"Freddy, Audrey, I need your help!" He shouts. "You can fly?!" Freddy exclaimed as I smiled, at least he can fly now, though.

Before Billy can answer, he was attacked and shot into the ground, causing it to make a huge hole. "Who's the other guy?" Freddy calls, getting no response. "Oh my goodness..." I muttered in disbelief. "We have to find him!" I said as I grab his arm, immediately pulling him into the mall nearby that Billy could possibly end up.

When we're now at the mall we shouts Billy's name, we didn't care if people are looking at us, we just want to find Billy.

"Billy!" We both shouts.

"Billy! Where are you?!"

"Billy?!"

"Batson!"

"Dude, Billy!"

As everyone starts to run away, a tall bald man approached us. It was weird because it's winter and he's wearing sunglasses. The man pulled us to the side and pin us against the locker, causing us to struggled to move.

"Who are you?" I asked, If I could bring out my tiara and bracelet, I would really do it and beat the shit out of this guy. "Billy, where is he?" He asked to us angrily as he removes his sunglasses, revealing his horrifying eyes as every supervillain has.

"Supervillain," Freddy muttered. "Supervillain! Supervillain!" We both screams.

"Worse. Much worse." The man said. "Radioactive anthromorph?" Freddy questioned, I mentally face-palmed. "Psychic energy manipulator? I won't let you read my mind! My mind is blank! You can't get in!" Freddy yelled. "I don't have to read your mind," the man said as he slams us against the locker once more.

"Because you two are gonna tell me. Where is he?" He asked once again.

"Don't make me do something," I warn as he looked at me.

"You. I know you. You don't deserve that thing," He said.

"Audrey?! Auds, What is he talking about?!" Freddy begins to ramble but I chose to ignore him.

"You're not gonna use that in front of him," He said as if it's the obvious thing in the world.

"Try me."
