Jay had already started to form tears in his eyes, he was struggling to understand that he had been a father for three years already, and hadn't even met his little boy for the first time properly. But the fact his child had been brought up by this monster that was Raul Jimenez boiled his blood. "If that is my child, how was she allowed to stay under with being pregnant and him being allowed to raised my child!!" he shouted, he was beyond angry.

Hank stood up, "first of all Halstead, don't come in here shouting at me. Second of all, sit down and calm down if you want answers." Jay nodded and sat down on the sofa. Hank sat on the front of his desk and crossed his arms. "Look, I can't give you all the answers, only Olivia can when we find her, but it was soley her choice to stay under when she found out she was pregnant, she thought it was Raul's at first, but then realised as Marco grew older, he looked more and more like you. By then she was too deep to come and tell you, it would've blown her years of work."

"She shouldn't of kept something away from me like that, and if you knew, you should've told me!"

"Tell you for what Jay? For you to go and find her and blow her case? Hell no, the brass from higher up would've come down for your badge, you know you don't bring personal business into this unit."

Jay rolled his eyes, "like you don't," he murmered, causing Hank to look aback in shock, raising his eyebrows at him. Before the conversation could continue, Antonio came storming into the room.

"Sarg you both need to see this," he looked shocked, and horrified. All three of them ran over to the desk of Ruzek's, who was watching what seemed to be a live feed with Erin and Alvin.

Everyone eyes widen with horror as they were in disbelief with what they were watching. The live video was of Olivia chained up in what looked like a run-down building. Stood over her was the infamous Raul Jimenez, and another one of his lieutenants Pepe hitting her, slapping her, all for the camera. Raul looked up at the camera, "if you didn't know, for three years I had a snitch among my Cartel who no other turned out to be an undercover fed! This is what happens to anyone who betrays me, and I know your police friends are watching," he said pulling Olivia's face to the attention of him, "and this is for them watching," laying a slap into her face, that threw her across the floor. The live then ended.

"Turn it off!" Jay screamed, kicking his chair across the room. Adam nodded and turned the screen blank. Everyone turned to Mouse who had been tracking the call.

"They turned the phone off before the tracker got an exact location but we know its within this circle," he said while drawing and pointing to the circle on the map on the whiteboard.

"Get patrols sent to the area!" Hank instructed the team. "I want a 5 metre radius shut down from this circle!"

Arriving in the location of the ping from the phone, the team were searching house to house for any sign of any of the Cartel, including empty buildings. Jay and Erin entered a run-down building which was located within a buidling site. "Erin," Jay started off, they hadn't spoken since finding out Jay was Marco's father and he knew that their relationship was near ending, he just wished it was going to end on better terms.

"No Jay, let's put our focus on finding Olivia alive, and killing that bastard for everything he's done to her. I think we're both feeling the same way about our relationship, it's just better if we leave it for now," Erin said with a heavy heart, she couldn't go forward with their relationship especially now there is a child involved that she is basically an auntie too.

Jay haulted in his steps, and bent down as they were clearing the rooms within the building. He picked up a small piece of paper off the floor in which looked similar to the room Olivia was being held in.

'better be quicker next time, she only has hours to live'

Jay scoffed in anger, "he's playing us!" he said, throwing a cabinet to the floor. He wanted Olivia back, he needed Olivia back, he couldn't do this parent thing without her, Marco needed them both. After forensics swept through the house, collecting DNA and fingerprints, the team headed back to the District to sweep for CCTV and other cell phone pings.

While all was silent within the bullpen as the team searched hard for the whereabouts of Olivia, Trudy Plait walked up an older looking women and walked straight into Hank's office. As Trudy left, Antonio asked, "who is that Trudy?"

Trudy haulted and walked over to his desk, "she's from social services, hear to take Marco somewhere to live." Jay overheard and a pit formed in his stomach, he couldn't bare the thought of Marco staying with strangers when he was his father.

A short while after, the older women re-entered the bullpen with Hank at her side. The women looked at Jay, and went to open her mouth, but didn't start her sentence from Jay interrupting her. "Yes," he said while standing up, "he's not going to any random home, I'm his father, he'll stay with me." He finished while looking at Marco who was eating a sandwich in the break room.

Hank looked at Jay, and then back at the women. Hank gestured to the break room, and Jay nodded, following them both into the room before shutting the door behind him. "Jay are you sure?" Hank asked.

"Yes I'm 100% sure, he isn't going anywhere else," Jay said sternly.

The women nodded, "okay, he can stay with you, but you'll have routine checks while Olivia is still missing. If she's found dead however, we'll have to go through the right channels to determine if you're on the birth certificate, and so on."

Both the Sarg and Jay nodded, before the women left. Jay looked at Hank and then back at Marco who was now starring up at the young detective. "Hey buddy," Jay bent down to be face to face with his son. "You're coming to stay with me while we find your mommy, okay?"

Marco nodded, with a smile on his face. However the young boy did miss his mommy, and hoped she'd come home soon.
