Jay launched himself around the table and grabbed Raul by his neck and slammed him up against the wall, "I told you already to watch what you're saying!"

But Raul didn't care, he continued to laugh which infuriated Jay more. "How's it feel huh? The fact I've been raising your son since he was born, he grew up to call me his daddy, not you? And that even for the next few years, until he's old enough to understand, he'll continue to call me his daddy and not you?"

Jay slammed him against the wall again, "how's this feel huh? How's it feel to find out after raising him for 3 years that Marco isn't your flesh and blood?" Jay asked, "How you believed that Olivia was really in love with you? And you thought you were going to raise Marco to one day take over as head of the Cartel? All for it to be a lie because she was undercover, working you to get you sent to jail?" Jay raised his eyebrows.

"That is why she deserved what she got after I found out the truth," Raul spat back, which caused Jay to slam him once again up the wall, "you're lucky Marco hasn't gone missing yet."

"I swear to god, carry on!" Jay shouted, to which Hank then got up and pulled his young detective off the suspect.

"That's enough Jay!" Voight shouted, dragging him out of the room, "we'll finish this another time!" Hank then turned around to shut the interrogation door behind him, drowning out the continous laugh coming from Raul Jimenez.

The team dispersed back into the bullpen, sitting at their own desks, attempting to get their head around what had just happened, especially now they all knew Jay was Marco's real father.

Adam looked over at Kevin and whistled him into the locker room for a chat.

"Yo, Kev, I mean what just happened?" Ruzek asked his best friend as he shut the locker room door behind him.

"I'm well-," Atwater started, "I don't even know what to say."

"Me neither, I can't believe Jay's a father and to Olivia's child!" Ruzek shook his head.

"We've just gotta protect Liv and Marco," Kevin replied, still in shock, and Adam nodded his head. Then the both of them headed back to the bullpen, without saying another word.

As the two sat back at their desks, Jay, Olivia and Hank were all in Hank's office, with the door closed.

"Look, he's going away for good, he won't see daylight again," Voight told Halstead and Olivia.

"Just like Bingham got sent to jail? You dealt with him," Jay replied, he wanted Raul dealt with the way Voight dealt with those who hurt family. He couldn't stand if Raul ever got released, or escaped from jail, he wanted to protect his family.

"Watch yourself Halstead," Voight warned.

"Let me protect my family Hank!" Jay raised his voice a little more which caused Olivia to intervene.

Olivia pushes Jay further away from Hank's desk, "Jay, calm down, he's in custody now, not much we can do without them coming down on you," she then looked at Hank, "if he's in custody, and is going to stay in jail for the rest of his horrible life, we'll all be fine."

Jay knew Olivia was right but he didn't want to live in fear, he didn't want Olivia to live in fear either and the risks of Marco too, he wouldn't be able to live with himself if something ever happened to his son.

"Okay, where are we?" Voight asked his team. Olivia was in the break room with Marco as ordered by Hank to stay in the district until Jay can take them home to his apartment.

Olivia was looking for somewhere to move too, but Jay and Hank both told her it would be safer to stay with the one of them, Olivia choosing to stay with Jay. However, as Jay's apartment was a one bedroom, and he had given Olivia and Marco his room, he didn't want to sleep on the sofa much longer meaning he was looking at surprising Olivia with a two bedroom apartment.

"Jimenez has another lieutenant, Gerard, who we think is still selling his product on to make himself a nice profit," Adam started.

"And we think he's lacing it with battery acid to save himself more money, looks like he's trying to get himself enough money to disappear before Raul found out," Kevin continued.

"So do we have an address?" Voight asked.

"We have his phone pinged, last pinged at an address becoming to this women," Antonio hangs up a photo of a women onto the board, "who has two children, who we think are Gerard's wife and kids."

"Okay, let's gear up, he won't hesitate to shoot at the Police," Voight told his team, to which they all nodded too and headed downstairs to gear up.

Gerard turned out to be the guy behind all the ODs around Chicago and the team had him in custody, and were finishing up paperwork as Jay went into the break room where Marco had fallen asleep on the sofa. It was nearly 8 in the evening.

"You ready to go?" Jay asked Olivia quietly, as he didn't want to wake his son up. Olivia nodded, and the three of them headed home to Jay's apartment.

Once Marco had settled and gone back to sleep, Olivia was sat with Jay in the living area with a beer each. "So I was looking at some apartment's Liv, for all three of us," Jay started off the conversation, it was awkward between them and neither knew why.

"You really want us to live with you Jay? I mean I don't mind living with Hank," Olivia replied, she knew it was a big step moving in with Jay full-time, they hadn't been in each other's lives for over 3 years, they had a lot to catch up on. "I mean, what about Erin Jay?"

Jay looked down at his beer as he heard her name, it was still a touchy subject, and Erin had not been in touch since she left, "She left Liv, Voight told me she isn't coming back, we aren't together."

"Oh Jay," Olivia puled her baby daddy into a cuddle, she couldn't believe Erin had just up'd and left just like that, "was it because of me coming back with Marco?" she asked.

Jay shook his head, "honestly, I don't know the reason, she never gave one, well to me at least. I'm guessing Voight knows."

"I'm sorry Jay," Olivia gently rested her hand onto Jay's leg and rubbed her thumb slowly on it.

"No, don't blame yourself Liv, it wasn't your fault," Jay rested his hand on top of Olivia's, rubbing his thumb along her hand. "So what about moving in together? At least then I can keep you and Marco safe, and I can see Marco," Jay turned to face the mother of his child.

"I'd love too Jay, I just wished Marco understood who his father really was," Olivia turned to face Jay too.

"It'll come within time Liv, the more time he spends with me and the more away from Raul, he'll soon realise," Jay smiled.

Olivia smiled back, "thank you for everything you're doing for me Jay, I appreciate it."

"I'd do anything and more for the mother of my child Liv, you gave me the greatest gift of them all!" Jay replied, edging closer to Olivia.

"And I'm not going to let anyone hurt you or Marco again," Jay continued, kissing Olivia's forehead. As he pulled back, Jay stopped as his and Olivia's eyes met. He smiled as he saw the sparkle in her eyes he'd seen multiple times before she had left. The tension was growing between them, and before either knew what was happening, the two had lent in and began kissing.
