Chapter-4

Benjamin's POV

I have been following her for four months, searching for every little details. After what she did to that girl Claire, I have no doubt that she is the one I have been looking for. Everything is happening according to my plan, she is falling for me. She doesn't even know that she is stepping on fire.

The bell rang, I stormed out of the class. From the corner of the corridor a pair of eyes were scanning me. I ignored and opened my locker.

"So...you are the new boy?" he said folding his arms. I ignored, grabbing the keys from the locker and walked away.

"Hey, stop pretending to be deaf" he said.

I turned my face and said straight
"I don't talk without business"
Didn't gave a chance to speak, because his warning won't work now. Violet already swimming in my sea of love and more importantly he will never get her. An evil smile appeared in my face as I thought about them.

I went to office to take a form for football club. When I opened the door, Miss Kane looked at me with her flirty eyes. She doesn't know the way she flirts, it annoys me like hell. I decided that I am going to tell that on her face someday. She deserves to know that.

"Hey handsome boy how can I help you?" She said with a big smile, leaning forward to show her boobs.

"I need a form for football club" I said drily.

"Oh, just a min..." I watched her as she searched in her pile of papers for the form.

"Here you go" she beamed and handed me the form.

"Do you need anything else..." She said standing up coming forward to me.

"No" it was rude to say like this but she earned it. I turned to walk out almost swear to never see her face again. Then, suddenly she grabbed by my arm.

"You Know what, we can go out sometime" she said. I gave a smile then...

" such a shameless piece of shit, you know what, the you flirt it sucks. Next time if you do this again, I swear I will fucking fed your boobs to the dogs. You.are.so.pathetic" finally I felt better.
I threw her hand and walked out slamming the door behind me. Couple minutes later, my phone rang, it was from my sister.

"Hey, Mid"

"Ben, I'm scared, Dad is very angry and he wants to see you urgent" listening to her tone, my fear stabbed me in my heart, meanwhile I remembered something, I told Violet that I'll go with her shopping.

"I'm coming, don't worry" the line ended.

I hopped in my Aston Martin V12 vanquish s and ready to go to hell.

I parked my car and got out. All the guards were like statues. The whole giant Manson is full of my dad's trust worthy followers. If anyone breaks the law or stand against us, they either got shot or the consequences are deadly, the whole family is wiped out in a snap. The mystery always become history, that's the rule of the mafia.

Entering, I could feel the tension in air. I started to sweat. Suddenly, I saw Midnight sitting at the corner of the giant Manson, rubbing her temple and taking sips from the cup of coffee.

"Mid..." She looked at me, placing the cup on the table, she hugged me.

"Everything is okay?" I asked. she started to cry, I embraced her and brushed her hair with my hand.

"Hey, hey...shush..."

"Ben, dad wants to see you, you Know what happened to Zack"

Flashback

"Ben, wait... stopping running"

"Zack you will never catch me, I'm faster than you" I laughed, when I looked at him, I lost my balance and fell.

"I will always catch you where ever you go, that's what elder brothers do" he hugged and tickled.

"Zack, Zack stop..." I said laughing rolling on the floor. When we both got tired, we laid down.

We laughed and talked lying, suddenly one of the guard came and said.

"Sir, your father wants to see you" Zack followed the man to dad's room.

Few moments later, I heard a horrendous loud sound from dad's room. Midnight and I hurriedly followed that sound. A familiar figure, covered in blood lying on the floor. The carpet was stained in blood of the dead corpse.

Midnight tried to scream, it was too much for a 6 years child and 17 years teenager.

Flashback ends

I took a deep breath and knocked. Suddenly the door flew open by an unexpected person. Mr.kim, who played the best part of my life. Though he is not my real dad but he never missed a chance to make me happy. He taught me to play football when I was a child, he was more than a real father. I had to keep my profile low, so it was his job to be my fake father.

"Mr.kim?" I asked in surprise.

"Son...your dad is expecting you" he hugged and patted me on my back. Giving a wry smile, he walked away.

Dad was standing at the balcony looking at the S&W k22 (pistol) in his hand.

"Dad" a soft voice came from me. He looked at me and gave a smile.

" I never thought you would actually come, how's your school? Enjoying your life?"

"Da-" He pointed the gun on my chest.

"Shush...you know why did I killed your brother? I gave him the same task but...that bastard betrayed me...he fell in love with that girl and never told me her name. So I made everything easy, I killed him. I hope you won't disappoint me like your brother" he said whispering the last sentence.

"I will inform you if I find her" I said looking at the floor.

"Good...you are smarter than him, if you don't find her, the bullets won't stay in this gun for so long"

"Don't worry I won't waste your bullets" saying that I got out of the room slamming the door behind me. Midnight was waiting for me at the door.

"Ben..."

"Don't ask" I said straight.

"Why didn't you tell him that you already found her" she asked confused.

"Because I'm planning something big" I gave an evil smile and vanished in my room.
