I stood up and walked with Luke behind a tree.
"So..?" I said crossing my arms
"Listen.." he says scratching the back of his head
"I know you like him,it's obvious." He says seriously
"What is wrong with all of you today?!You suddenly think i like Ash?!I mean i love him of course but as a friend nothing more." I say out of breath
Do I really like Ash?
"How do you feel when you're with him.Like this morning you were sick of Ash talking about that girl.I'll tell you something,Eve.Ash was lying about that girl,he didn't meet anyone,he wanted to make you jealous,that's all." He says starts to walk away,i grab his arm and he smiles.
"You mean he wanted to make me jealous because he likes me?" I ask looking at the ground.
I'm 100% sure i'm blushing and smiling like an idiot.
"Yeah,Eve don't you ever feel something in your stomach when you're with him?" He asks looking at me
"I don't know,yesterday we were hanging out after school and my stomach was going crazy and he touched my hand by accident and my stomach went cray cray and this morning he talked about that girl and my stomach hurted like i had been stabbed and i figured i would be hungry." I said quickly
"I knew it.So i know he wants to play the jealous thingy game,so we just need to make him jealous."
He said grinning eavily.
"Spit your idea." I say laughing
"Well I'm planning on breaking up with Jenna,because she was a way to make another girl jealous,so we can both fake dating and Ash will realise his feelings for you and get all jealous." Luke says smiling
"I don't know if i want to be part of that game." I say
Honestly i don't want to make people jealous and if i would fake-date Luke,Alex would be so pissed at me.
"Well that way I can make my own girl jealous." He says and laughs
"Alright,we'll see about that,let's just go." I say walking back to the table
We all ate and nobody asked about where we were thankfully.
The day passed by and I was leaving class along with Calum and Alex
"Bye Calum,See ya Alex." I say as i hug them tight and leave
"Hey can i come with you?" Ash asks nervously
"Hm,you always do,just come." I say hooking our arms and walking
"So tell me about that girl." I say looking at him
"Her name is Rosie." He says
"Do you need help with taking her on a date?" I ask him unhooking our arms
"Yeah that would be helpful."He says
"Her name is Rosie Anderson you know that girl from Spanish?"He asks avoiding eye contact
I knew who she was.
Luke was lying,Ashton does really like this girl.
I keep looking at the ground and think about Rosie,she's really pretty and she's so nice,so there's nothing i could find to hate her.
"By the way could you give me Luke's number please?" I smile looking at Ash
"Hum,why do you want it?" He asks nervously and clenching his jaw
"Because I want to hangout wih him?" I say forrowing my eyebrows
"Oh,Alright." He says reciting Luke's number.
We arrive to my front door and i open the door.
"Wanna come in?" I ask looking at him
"Huh,no,I-I have to see Rosie now." He says looking at the ground
He starts walking away.
"Ash!Where's my hug?" I ask sadly
"Well I don't think that's a good idea." He says walking away again.
