Adam Sandler is just one of those comedians that has never let me down. Not once. He's got the kind of acting skills that are completely natural, like he's just simply being hisself the entire movie.

I had seen Big Daddy over five times now, and I wasn't at all upset about watching it again. Not only did it have Adam in it, but it had those adorable blonde twins from the old Disney channel.

Bryant park was quickly becoming crowded with people trying to find good spots on the grass. Phineous and I had gotten to the park about twenty minutes ago and our spot was close to the front of the gigantic screen. We had laid out a large blanket and sat our cooler off to the side. Tristen was already here, dressed more comfortably than I'd ever seen him, with some sweat pants, a hoodie, and a black beanie covering his hair.

"When is Charlotte gonna show?" My best friend questioned with a glaring look on his face. He was also wearing more comfortable clothes, a long sleeved shirt and pair of jeans.

I checked my phone for the fourth time, and prepared myself to be disappointed. However, there were two text messages from Charlotte waiting for me. She said that she was waiting by the Waffles and Dinges food stand, she also sent me a pin of her location. I told Phineous that I would be right back and started towards the location.

It took me about three minutes to find her by the food stand. My feet stopped in their tracks when I caught sight of her kneeling down to pet a puppy. I felt like I was the main character in one of those romance movies - stumbling down to sidewalk, only to have my eyes land on the most beautiful woman I'd ever seen. Her cheeks were a light pink as she talked with excitement to the young girl who was holding the puppy's leash.

I know I probably looked like a creep, just standing their watching her gracefully interact with other species. My creeping was cut short by Charlotte herself, she must've felt me staring, because she stood up and waved at me. I smiled brightly and waited for her to reach me.

"Sorry I'm a little late!" She said with nervousness.

I brushed it off, "No worries, it doesn't start for another ten minutes." I began to lead her to where our blanket was placed.

"You look really pretty..." she said, before immediately turning to face forward. Probably in an attempt to hide the obvious blushing that she was doing.

I was flattered, especially considering the simple black leggings and teal t-shirt I had on. "Thank you! Although, I feel like I'm wearing pajamas."

We continued walking, but much slower than everyone else, "well, you don't need to do much of anything to look good."

Her words were genuine and now I was the one blushing, I just didn't care to hide it. "You know, I don't blush often," I joked with her.

She laughed, showing her straight white teeth, "Actually, you do."

I inhaled and put a hand over my chest, acting mock surprised, "I do not!"

"You can deny it all you want, Talia," she said my name so alluringly, "but I've seen you blush so many times over the past month and a half."

I couldn't believe that almost a month and a half had already passed. My time in New York had never gone by so quickly, I couldn't quite grasp the reality of it. "I can't believe time is moving so fast."

Her metallic hair was really shiny, it looked like it probably smelled great. She put both of her hands into the pockets of her jeans, "Almost like it's forcing you to make a decision, huh?"

I knew exactly what she was talking about, it was whether or not I was going to leave in a couple weeks back to Indiana. Clearly she didn't want me to, and that was almost enough to make me forget I even had a life back there. There was just so much to think about, "Yeah, there's just so much to think about."
