Chapter 24 - Prove it

Corys Pov:

We arrived at the amusement park and we four started looking around.

"What do you guys wanna do now?" I asked and Felix and Abby shrugged.

"Babe, what about you?" I asked Lucy while turning to her but she stared at a booth where stuffed animals are hanging off.

I let go of he hand and wrapped my arms around her waist from behind

"You want one?" I asked while placing my chin on her shoulder.

"Yes, please." Lucy said with a pout and I smiled.

I kissed her cheek and then pulled away. I took her hand and intertwined our fingers.

"Then let's get you one." I told her and she dragged me to the booth which made me laugh.

"Hello, gorgeous." the guy at the booth said while smirking at Lucy.

Lucy rolled her eyes and I couldn't help but do the same.

"What do I have to do to get one of the big ones?" I asked and he looked at me.

"You have to throw off all the cans with the balls." the guy stated and I nodded.

I paid for one round and started throwing the balls at the cans. The guy looked at me shocked when all the cans dropped after I threw one ball at them.

"How?"

I laughed at his face and Lucy wrapped her arms around me and kissed my cheek.

"So..what do you want?" I asked her with a smile.

"The penguin!" Lucy said with a pout and my smile grew.

The guy got the penguin and handed it to her. She hugged it tightly and then smiled up to me.

"Well I guess playing basketball was worth it at the end." I joked and she laughed.

Lucy then cupped my cheek and gave me a soft kiss.

"Adiós." I said to the guy while taking Lucys hand and we walked back to the others.

"So you guys wanna go on the ferryswheel?" Felix asked and we all agreed.

What I didn't tell Lucyt and Felix is that I'm afraid of highnesses.

After a few minutes we were on the ferryswheel and I grabbed my seat tightly.

"Hey, baby, no need to be afraid.I'm right next to you all the time." Lucy said while wrapping her arm around my waist.

"I- I'm not afraid." I scoffed and laid her head on my shoulder and hummed.

"You're sure about that?" she asked and I slowly nodded.

"Prove it! Look out of the windows." Lucy said and I slowly lifted my head.

I glanced out of the window but quickly looked away again which made her laugh.

"Okay..maybe I am afraid." I mumbled and she chuckled.

"See, admitting it wasn't that hard.l, was it?" Lucy said and then kissed my cheek.

I looked back up to her and she bite her lip t stop herself from smiling. I leaned closer to her face and smirked.

"I know you want to smile." I whispered and she stopped biting her lip and smiled at me widly.

I then gently cupped her cheeks and pulled her face towards mine. I placed my lips on hers and could feel her smile into the kiss.

"Gosh, how can someone be so adorable like you two?" I hear Abby say and we chuckled while pulling away.

It's now later the day and Lucy and I are now back at home.

"So..and Abby and Felix are sleeping over here tomorrow because it's Halloween?" Lucy said as she put her clothes back in my closet.

"Yeah." I replied and then walked over to her.

I wrapped my arms around her waist and placed my chin on her shoulder. I pulled her closer to me, so that her back is pressed against my front and she placed her hands on mine.

"I missed this so much."

"Me too, baby." Lucy replied and I buried my face in her neck while smiling.

"Are you tired?" I asked and she hummed in response.

I then picked her up in bridal style and carried her over to the bed. I laid her down on the bed and then got on top of her. I gave her a soft kiss before laying down next to her.

Lucy scooted closer to me and placed her head on my chest. I wrapped my arm around her and she laid her arm over my waist.

"I can't believe all of this happened because we had a art project together." I breathed out.

"Yeah, me neither. It's crazy how much happened because of that." Lucy replies and I smile.

"Everything just because of our group project."

The end

I know this end comes all of sudden but it's really difficult for me to continue this story.

Maybe I will continue it but for now its the end
