After spending time at the orphanage, Niha went with her uncle to his mansion which didn't sit well with Dev.

After a week Vijay Sharma was announced as the Defence minister. They went to Delhi for an oath ceremony. Even Dixits were invited. Niha's parents Sanjay and Sunitha also joined the ceremony.

As Niha caught sight of her parents entering the venue, a rush of emotions flooded her. It had been almost three months since she had last seen them, and the sight of their familiar faces brought tears to her eyes. She hurried towards them, her heart pounding with anticipation.

"Maa, Papa!" Niha exclaimed, her voice choked with emotion as she enveloped them in a tight hug.

Her mother's eyes welled up with tears as she returned the embrace. "Niha, my darling," she murmured, her voice filled with love. "We've missed you so much."

Papa Sharma's face broke into a wide smile as he hugged Niha tightly. "You look more beautiful than ever, beti," he said affectionately. "We're so proud of you."

Niha felt a lump in her throat as she looked into her parents' eyes. It had been too long since she had felt their warmth, heard their comforting words. In that moment, surrounded by her loved ones, she felt overwhelmed with gratitude and love. The lovely scene didn't go unnoticed by Dev. He saw how she became a small kid in front of her parents. She started complaining to them about everything and anything.

Throughout the ceremony, Niha stayed beside her Dad leaning on his shoulder or with her mother giving her complete attention.

'I don't know when she would be comfortable enough to lean on my shoulder or have her complete attention on me.'  He found himself lost in her thoughts.

The big hall was buzzing with excitement after Niha's uncle, Vijay Sharma, became the new Defence Minister. Niha decided to throw a big party in Delhi to celebrate. Even though it was planned quickly, everything was perfect.

Dev watched in awe as guests mingled and praised Niha's impeccable planning and execution. Memories flooded his mind, recalling how Niha had effortlessly organized his birthday party on short notice, leaving everyone impressed.

"Niha, you're so good at this!" he said, impressed. "Have you ever thought about starting your own event planning company?"

Niha hesitated, her eyes flickering with uncertainty. "I don't know, Dev," she replied hesitantly. "It's a big step, and I'm not sure if I'm ready for it."

Dev sensed Niha's doubt and decided to push her further. "Come on, Niha," he taunted playfully. "I thought you were the queen of last-minute arrangements. Are you telling me you can't handle a little challenge? Or are you just scared to take the leap?"

Niha bristled at Dev's words, her determination flaring. "I'm not scared of anything," she retorted, her voice tinged with defiance. "I just don't see the point in risking everything when I'm perfectly happy where I am."

Dev's eyes narrowed as he saw through Niha's facade. "Oh, I see," he said mockingly. "So you're content to stay in your comfort zone and never explore your full potential? That's not the Niharika Sharma I know."

Niha's jaw tightened, her resolve hardening. "Fine, Dev," she shot back, her voice steely. "I'll start the company. And when it's a roaring success, you'll eat your words."

A surge of pride swelled within Dev as he watched Niha rise to the challenge. But he couldn't resist one final jab. "We'll see about that," he said with a smirk. "But don't come crying to me when you realize I was right all along."

Niha rolled her eyes, but there was a glint of determination in them. "I won't need to," she replied, her voice filled with conviction. "Because I know I'm capable of anything."
