The boy chocked at the words and just looked at her, wide-eyed. The girl just bowed her head forward and snorted. She bit her finger, tears in her eyes as she prohibited herself from laughing.
"What the actual fuck, y/n?" The boy said whilst clutching his heart with his right hand, whisper-yelling.
"I wish you could see your own face right now, did you really believe that...?! You sure are stupid, little boy!" The girl let out with snorts in between almost every word. click.
She just took a photo of the boy from under her desk secretly, giggling like a 5 year old kid as she kept on chewing on her finger.
"Yer' so mean y/n-chan! I almost had a cardiac arrest because of y'a!" He once again whispered-yelled.
His eyes directly shot to her phone which she hid under her desk. He sighed heavily. Somehow, the teacher still hasn't noticed them, and the lesson ended.
Next lesson was double history, which y/n once again was good at, though Atsumu wasn't by far. but he couldn't care less about it right now, he was having fun with a girl he just met yesterday.
"Anyways, if i win, you have to buy me a snack once a day everyday." The girl said as she winked and started making a paper plane.
Both their hands worked quickly, though the girl struggled a little bit more. The boy ended way before her and just looked at the black board which had notes on it, of course which he wasn't paying attention to. He sighed and helped her make it, as she put on a desperate and dead-pan look on her face.
"Y'a suck at making paper planes, learn from the master." The boy snorted and smirked.
"I'll rip your tongue out, 'Tsum-Tsum."
"Don't be rude, it isn't pretty on you!" The boy whispered as he chuckled.
"Shut up...alright, let's do it! Competition mode on." She took her paper plane in hands and sighed.
The boy decided to go second and let the h/c-colored girl start. She slowly opened the window, and focused her gaze on the place she wanted to shoot it to which was behind a lonely tree with no leaves on it. It was approximately 15m away from where they were.
She swung her arm, closed her eyes and just threw the paper plane as far as possible. However, it didn't even go 2/3 there. She sighed and slammed her head on her desk, creating a bit of noise that some students actually looked at, but quickly looked away.
It was the boy's turn. He did the same as the girl. His paper plane also didn't reach the tree, but it went 3/4 there. He put his hands into fists and smiled proudly, looking down on the girl.
"My my y/n-chan, looks like you lost, didn't y'a? Come on, say my name now." The boy said teasingly as he played with a strand of her hair with his index finger.
"You're the worst, dumbass...alright y/n, just do it." The girl said as she sighed and looked dead in the boy's eyes.
"A-ats-a-, my ego is really not taking it well. Atsum-" The girl was about to say before she was cut off as the teacher asked her to read.
She quickly opened her book at the right page, and started reading. The boy sighed and glared daggers at the teachers.
The bell rang as she was reading, which signified the end of the first lessons.
The girl rushed out of her desk, and took her violin with her. As she was leaving, she hit the boy's head with her hand and chuckled.
Before he even had time to react, she was gone.
"H-hey, wait!" The boy said before he was crowded with his fangirls.
The girl just ran to the staff room and panted in front of it. She crouched down as she tried to regain her breath, before she turned her head and saw some familiar faces.
"Oi, y/n-chan." A voice exclaimed. It was a boy's voice.
The girl abruptly stood up, and smiled widely.
"Suna-san! Miya-san! And oh...?" She said as she softly waved her hand.
The three boys approached the girl, as she just looked at them with a smile, Rintarou and Osamu smiling back to the girl.
"This is our captain, Kita Shinsuke, he's a third-year. Kita-san, this is our friend y/l y/n, she's new here." The grey-haired boy said as he put his hands in his sport's uniform's pockets.
The girl bowed at the boy with black-haired tips hair. And so did the guy, who was the same height as her. He then looked at the object slung over her shoulder.
"Nice to meet you, y/n. By the way, are you a violinist?"
"Yes I am! And nice to meet you too, Kita-san." She smiled at the boy sweetly.
"Sorry guys, but I have to get to the staff room. It was nice seeing you! I'll see you at lunch time?" She said as she nodded her head in the direction of the boys.
They all nodded back. However Rintarou stopped.
"See you later, companion." The boy said as he high-fived the girl who just chuckled at him. He finally left, with a smile on his lips.
The girl sighed and knocked on the door. She waited a couple of seconds before she heard a "Come in." She peeked her head through the door before entering fully. She bowed in respect to the teachers who sat around a round table.
"I-I came here to see Ishikawa-sensei. Is he uhm.. here?" She said as she stuttered from time to time. A female teacher pointed to a door which had "Ishikawa Shyu" on it. The girl nodded and approached the door, gripping hard on her violin case straps. She knocked and opened the door.
The man she saw yesterday sat at a brown desk. He instructed her to sit with a nod, and she followed his instructions. She put her violin case on her knees, as he finished writing on his papers.
"So about your demand yesterday, I thought about it quite a lot. I would like to, but you alone can't be in a club, we need more people." He said as he put down his papers on his side.
"I do know someone who is a pianist.
I would like you to try something.
I want you to try to let him accompany you. Yes, it sounds absolutely crazy to demand you to let him accompany you when you haven't met him. But I just want to hear what you're capable of."
The girl gulped down her saliva.
"His name is Yoshiro Hyouta. He is also a second-year, in class-3. He is a very talented boy too, if you just worked together, you'd be an incredible pair. I want you to shine on stage. so, what do you think?" The man said as he rushed a hand through his hair and took off his glasses.
"I uhmm...I will try. I'll do anything to form the music club!" The girl answered in a hesitant tone.
"What lesson do you have after break?" The black-haired man asked as he softly smiled.
"I think physical education, sir."
"I'll tell the teacher that you'll miss this lesson. I'm going to talk to Hyouta-kun and tell him you'll be performing together. Obviously, don't be stressed. Of course it isn't going to be perfect, you don't know each other, but you have a very similar style. I won't take a hard piece as expected. How about Mozart's sonata no.21 in E Minor?" The man said.
"Sonata no.21?! I remember playing it in middle school, I loved it...alright, I'll do it." The girl exclaimed as she slapped both her cheeks and smiled fiercely.
"They sure are going to be an interesting pair." The man thought as he chuckled.
