An one-shot based around the prompt of Lee admitting his feelings to Faye during their filming of one of their music videos - enjoy! xx

"This was great, thank you!"

The band exchanges a smile upon hearing the words of their director. Currently they were filming their newest music video which is about to be released soon. They gladly are able to enjoy free evenings at the moment before they soon will perform concerts across England again.

"Pete told me to tell you all that you please should go to your hotel suite and not go partying. He doesn't want you to be hangover tomorrow when we keep filming."

"That's boring." Faye grins.

Lee smiles back, putting his arms around his best friend. Recently the flirty behaviour between him and Faye became so obvious that even their dance crew exchanged grins with him. He wishes to tell Faye about his feelings but he really fears to ruin their friendship if she wouldn't feel the same way. For some reason, she seems to see Lee as simply her best friend.

"Lee, you zoned out or something?" Faye asks.

"Yes, I mean- no. Sorry, it was a busy day." he laughs, ruffling through her blonde curls that she had into plaits at the moment. "Hey Faye, you saw that shop over there? If we got some time tomorrow, what do you think about you and me going shopping?"

"Wow what did I do to deserve this?" she asks happily.

"He adores you!" H says from the back seat. "Seriously Faye. He adores you."

"Of course he does!" Faye says with a smile. "We're best friends after all!"

Lee sighs slightly at this. Best friends. That's what he is to Faye and that's exactly why he doesn't want her to know about his feelings; he doesn't want to ruin their amazing and special friendship. And still he can't help but smile when Faye rests her head on his shoulder, sighing slightly to herself.

"What are we going to do with the rest of our day?" H questions into the silence.

"Well we could still go to a bar." Faye offers with a grin.

"You know we're not allowed to go to a bar, Pete said. He wants us to fully focus on filming and- Faye, are you even listening?" Lee asks with a grin, seeing his blonde bandmate drifting off slightly.

"Sure." she says slowly.

Lee smiles at the sight, putting his arms tightly around her so she would lay relatively comfortable. I should tell her about my feelings, but what about our friendship? I don't want to ruin our special friendship.

He gladly can't take his thoughts any further because of the car stopping in front of the hotel. Lee lets out a sigh of relief, shaking his bandmate slightly to wake her. "Faye-Faye? We're at the hotel, puppet."

"You heard that? He's allowed to call her Faye-Faye." H chuckles as they walk behind each other, passing by the lobby and taking the elevator. "That shows how much he-"

"H, shush." Lee warns him, glad that the elevator stops near their floor. He unlocks the door, focusing H with a angry expression once again.

"Oh come on, Lee. It's obvious that you're in love."

"H, leave it." Lisa says.

"Why? If Lee likes that certain girl, he should tell her before she heads off with someone else." H explains, looking at Faye who stares at them absolutely puzzled.

"You- you're in love with- with whom, Lee?" she asks, her voice getting thinner.

That's it, Lee thinks. He ruined their friendship. And despite he doesn't want to, he says something else. "Not you, Faye. It's someone else, a girl from our dance crew that I told H about. I- I like this girl a lot."
