Sucked into YJ - Chapter 2

"Here you go Annie," said Red Tornado, while handing me the chia seeds and two bottles of water.

I proceed to set one water bottle next to me and opened the other. I then poured the chia seeds in the open bottle and closed the bottle. After shaking it up a little so all the chia seeds looked like they were in a tornado, I reopened the bottle and turned to May.

May turned to be and started to slowly back up and out of the room. Right as she reached the door, she bolted.

I got up and ran after her. "Wait! Slow down! I wanna pour these on your head!" I shouted to her as I continued to run.

As I let the room I head Batman mumble "what have we gotten ourselves into?" I chuckled. You have no idea.

As I ran I kept getting closer and closer to my goal. May. When I was finally close enough, I jumped up and tackled her.

"No! Don't do it!" shouted May as she tried to get away from me

I chuckled evilly and poured the open bottle on her head.

May started choking and gagging. "Just kill me so I don't have to suffer this torture anymore."

I then threw the empty water bottle to the side and got up. "Now, why would I kill you? You're my best-est friend," I said as I faked an innocent look.

"Um, are we interrupting something?" asked a voice from behind us.

May and I turned to look at the one who spoke, as May got up and attempted to dry herself and get the chia seeds out of her hair. It was Robin.

I brushed imaginary dust off my pants, that I have no idea how I got on because I was wearing my pajamas, and said "nope."

"Who are you really?" asked Batman as he gave his infamous bat glare.

Blink... Blink, blink. "I'm Annie and she is my best friend May."

Batman glared again. "Your real names."

I sighed. "Fine, Sir-that-is-in-a-batman-Halloween-costume. But, I must say, that is a very realistic costume." Don't worry, little bat, I know it's you.

"I'm Odette May Sinclair, also known as May."

"And I'm Aquamarine Antoinette Amador, also known as Annie or Anne."

"That's a mouth-full," said Kid Flash dumbly.

May and I gave him a 'no-dur' look.

"Why are you here?" asked Aqualad.

May and I stood up straight, saluted, and said "to save to world from flying unicorns" in sync.

Robin burst out laughing, while Kid Flash, Artemis, Miss Martian, and  Black Cannery tried to hold in their chuckles. Superboy, Aqualad, Batman, and Red Tornado just stood there. Emotionless. No facial expression at all.

"Why are you really here?" asked Black Cannery.

May gave a small smile and said "we don't know? At first we were watchin' Princess Jellyfish and then went to sleep. Next thing we knew-"

"Oh shitsickles! My Nook!" I interrupted and started looking around frantically.

"You mean this?" asked Red tornado as he held up May's Kendle.

"No! That's not it! That's May's Kendle," I replied as I continued to look around.

"Oh, you mean this?" asked Robin as he held up my Nook.

"Yes!" I said as I lunged for it. "MY BABY!!!"
